Utica (pop: 2,130) hugs Licking and Knox Counties. The village is home to a (still operating) Ben Franklins and the Velvet Ice Crème Company. Just outside Utica is the Ye Olde Mill, a highly-popular tourist destination operated by Velvet. The 1817 grist mill contains a museum of milling, restaurant, and ice cream parlor.
