• Napoleon (pop: 9,318) is the county seat of Henry County about 35 miles southwest of Toledo along the Maumee River. The Henry County Courthouse was built in 1882 and stands at the end of the beautiful main street. Napoleon is a glimpse of early Americana, the beginning of the West.
