South Side of Chicago is perhaps the most eclectic of the sides. A contrast of rich and poor, segregation vs. integration, the South Side is the home of the beautiful Jackson Park (home of the World's Fair) and Hyde Park along with Bronzeville (the city's equivalent to Harlem), Kenwood, South Shore, and the distant Riverdale. Highrises to bungalows to rowhouses to apartment buildings to shotgun houses, the South Side has the city's most diverse amount of housing types. South Side attractions include the University of Chicago, Comiskey Park (now US Cellular Field), and the Museum of Science & Industry.
