Fountain Square is the hub of the downtown, with restaurants, Tower Place Mall and Fountain Place complex which includes Tiffany's and Co. and Lazarus-Macy's, and some of the city's Fortune 500 companies and hotels surrounding it. Fourth & Race is quickly becoming one of the large loft districts in the state. The Court Street Market is the home of the Cincinnati Post (the Enquirer is on the other side of downtown), local shops and restaurants while the Backstage District behind Fountain Square is the home of the Aronoff Center of Performing Arts, many bars and restaurants, the radical Cincinnati Contemporary Arts Center (done by Zaha Hadid) and the Cincinnatian, one of the city's grand hotels. Carew Tower, sitting above Fountain Square, holds Tower Place Mall, the Arcade, Saks Fifth Avenue, and the Hilton Netherland Plaza, home of one of the most beautiful Art-Deco interiors in the country, the Palm Court.
