Northwest Ohio

Northwest Ohio is the small-town capital of Ohio. The relatively flat area of farms, small towns, and beautiful, tall churches is Americana to the fullest. The region's largest city is Toledo with skyscrapers rising above the endless plains and unique attractions uncommon to Ohio. The Lake Erie Islands are a beautiful treat for visitors to Northwest Ohio. Kelley's Island, the Bass Islands, and Port Clinton/Marblehead region attract millions of visitors a year. Of course one cannot mention Northwest Ohio without Cedar Point, the Roller Coaster Capital of the World. From the thrills of Millennium Force to the gorgeous Libbey glass collection at the Toledo Museum of Art, the main streets of Van Wert and Napoleon to the Lonz Winery on Middle Bass Island, Northwest Ohio is a great place!
