These are the three houses in question.
Signage for Ferrante Village, the townhomes slated for 2915-2929 West 14th. Ferrante is in reference to one of the owners.
Going to take some liberties with what constitutes "historic" - at the very least these qualify as 'back in the day' 😁 I also realized this week is when I renew my hosting/site on Squarespace - can't believe ClevelandSkyscrapers.com is 25 years old. All the effort and money that went into this ... Wonder if the Cavs will have a turnout like this for the first playoff game tonight. Fenn Tower, 18 years later and who knows what the future holds. Not everyone visits the Forum Issues/Updates thread so figured I'd post this in a thread that gets a lot of traffic. @JohnSummit Yes, perfectly okay by me - and honestly it's fine if any forumers want to use my photos specifically for purposes like this (rendering/mockups just for posting on the forum). And yes, I think those are what will eventually make up the lighting on the crown.

Thanks for the info - been wondering about that space. When taking photos through glass/windows, place your phone flat against the glass - it'll cut down on reflections.
The house at 1913 Abbey has been demolished, signage is for Berges construction.

Back in the mid-00s, we had a few meetups that were pretty much what you’re describing. I’ll see if I can dig up the pics.
I remember seeing a news clip yeeears ago that had a quick interview of the owners of the small home that used to stand on that site. Might have been something about the changes in Duck Island, but I distinctly remember the owner jokingly saying "I wonder why anyone would be interested in our property" while looking over her shoulder at the skyline.
