I was at the site yesterday taking photos for Zaremba and yes, it sounds like the townhomes are selling quite well. The "second" crane for the 1211 St. Clair building was used to dismantle the tower crane.

I admit it's off topic but my favorite episodes are the yuppies who waaaay over-improve their home and act devastated when the realtor points out that spending $50K to improve a half-bath in the basement MIGHT not have been the wisest investment :-D

I'm seeing a moat of greenspace around a midrise with a pedestrian bridge connection over the tracks. On the south side, I can understand needing a buffer (and barrier) for the Norfolk/Southern tracks, but to the west... not liking what I'm seeing. As mrnyc said, with anything of this scale it's gonna be hard to get a "A" for every single element, but of course this rendering is still in the preliminary stages.
