Define "short" - bad weather or heavy traffic easily makes it a 30-45 minute trip. Also, there aren't anywhere near 2,000 people living there - not yet at least and consider that those people are coming from somewhere likely within the region - aka building growth without population growth. In a bubble, it has its merits but that's about it.

"Will there be a vote? Just curious..." Nope. The logo that's chosen will be chosen for more than how appealing it is to the forumers. Again, there may be some designs that you guys think are really cool (and they are), but if they aren't functional or if they won't be practical for certain uses, we can't go with them. We can have a vote to see which is the most popular, but it may not be the best logo for the job. :-)

I can live with the facade although it's a little bland, though I agree that the garage should be moved to the rear. I hope to god that signage is a joke. I know I usually try to offer constructive criticism, but it's just not possible here - it's garbage and has no place being there. As w28th pointed out, you have some seriously amazing and over-the-top projects adjacent to this site, and you're slapping up some ridiculous script signage?

Okay, stupid question - I have a movie of the Arcade that I saved using QuickTime Pro in a portrait (vertical) format, but YouTube only displays in landscape (horizontal)- right? If so, I guess I'll just shrink it so it fits a horizontal format but given the layout of the Arcade, I wish it would display vertically. Any suggestions? [youtube=425,350]sHDl0QuthhI

I'm guessing it's also a matter of historic preservation credits and their stipulation of "must be rentals for so many years". I'm paraphrasing of course...
