So I guess the season of giving starts with this thread. ? @inlovewithCLE and @Pugu - perfect example of when to take the back and forth to private message. And others, just because news is slow during the holidays, you don’t need to go off topic. There are threads for “wish list” speculation and if you don’t see one, have the decency to take the effort and make a new thread.

I think the Admins and Mods are all in agreement - off-topic posts bring out our giving spirit; giving suspensions, time off, etc. Help your forum staff have a Merry Christmas and keep posts on topic and know when to take tangential (or in the case of MyTwoSense, interrogations) to private messages.

Hard to believe it's going to be 2020 soon - was backing up some files and figured I'd put a thread together. A lot pics in no particular order; think I have a few good shots but it's more about how much things have changed (or in some cases, didn't). Happy holidays ?- Cleveland: Random Photos
I’ll try to dig up some photos but it used to, mainly up lighting on the cornice.- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News

Terrapin Coffee - it’s small but good coffee and next to Tremont Animal Clinic so you’ll have great pet watching as well. Added bonus is Bon Cleveland bakery uses part of the space as a prep kitchen. https://m.facebook.com/terrapincoffeeco/- Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info

Okay folks, for those who mentioned a lunch get together closer to mid-December, now is your chance! Since last time at Market/1801 East Ninth Street worked well with the communal tables, we're going to go with that again. And this time around we have a SPECIAL GUEST attending ? Wednesday, December 11th at Noon For info about the venue: https://themarket.cafebonappetit.com/ Feel free to post here or message me if you can attend - see you then!- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
^Yes, thanks and post revised accordingly ?- Cleveland: Tremont: Development and News
Word on the street in Tremont is the lot at West 11th and Fairfield (gravel lot at southwest corner) has finally changed hands. I was told the initial proposal was for around 90 rental units but was revised to around 60. All of this would explain the heavy equipment on the lot immediately south of the Southside as that will be their new parking area. This is the site in question.- Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Best I could do, can you believe my husband wouldn’t stop to let me get a photo from the Innerbelt? ?- Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
- Happy Thanksgiving!
I'm thankful for everyone (well, almost everyone! ? ) who appreciates and/or contributes to the forum. As I mentioned at our recent lunch meetup, if someone had told me back in 2004 when we started that we'd have the membership and activity levels we have now, I never would have believed them. As far as a favorite project? I'm just thankful that there are too many for me to keep up - waaaay different from when we started the forum! ? ??- CLEVELAND UrbanOhio 2019 - Wednesday, November 27th Noon @ Market/1801 East Ninth Street
It’s just lunch ?- CLEVELAND UrbanOhio 2019 - Wednesday, November 27th Noon @ Market/1801 East Ninth Street
Yes indeed, nice turnout of ten forumers ? great to meet/see everyone! It’s always interesting to get to put a face to the screen name. As I mentioned up thread and today, quite a few said a mid-December event might work so be on the lookout for an announcement in the near future. We’ll probably use a Doodle survey like @GISguy set up for us to get agreeable days. Hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving!- CLEVELAND UrbanOhio 2019 - Wednesday, November 27th Noon @ Market/1801 East Ninth Street
Okay, I will be grabbing one of the communal tables by the East Ninth Street windows. Just look for the signal! ? - Just going to leave this decade, here ;-)
