  1. Innovation/Pathology Center and Neurological Building.
  2. As opposed to last night's Guardians game 🙄
  3. Signage not yet appearing on the Public Square side.
  4. Haven't been to New Orleans but I thought food and atmosphere was pretty good; only suggestion - do not sit at a table below the balcony (drinks spilling, etc.) Fortunately I only witnessed someone else's misfortune with that.
  5. Any of our rendering experts want to use this for "what if" scenarios, feel free.
  6. Sher-ly you can't be serious. I am serious, and stop calling me Sher-ly 😁
  7. From Lakeside and East Sixth today.
  8. During previous visits, a few lights that ringed the bottom of the skylight were flickering and in need of replacement. Today at lunchtime, the second floor area was still open, but I noticed the lights ringing the outer edge of the skylight/dome were all off.
  9. This is visible from the Innerbelt southbound, seen here below the W. 14./Abbey exit sign.
  10. Click here for the concepts suggested by @PlanCleveland
  11. @TheCOV You're absolutely right - the street grid was redone but the buildings in the right foreground are where the Hotel Cleveland (Renaissance) and ballroom structure currently stand. Sherwin Williams tower would be to the left, off the edge of this photo.
  12. Oh come on now, I drove over the Main Avenue bridge when the outer bands of Hurricane Sandy hit the lakefront at 70mph. Where's your sense of adventure?
  13. I know this is encroaching on MyTwoSense's lane but if the stiletto fits... Just kidding - stay safe and hopefully you can make it to a future meetup!
  14. As much as I enjoy a little free time, I'm SO glad I'm starting a new position next week 😆
  15. A few recent pics of the Neurology building and the Pathology Center.
  16. What I'd like to know is who was in charge of the text in the rendering - or is "Singage" some new trendy store I've never heard of?

You see why I always add a space between images! 😁
  18. I haven't dug into the data but anecdotally (and as a resident) I'd be inclined to say it's the continuation of the smaller household w/higher income trend. Long-term residents with larger families moving out (and in some cases cashing in) being replaced by DINKs. I can think of several rentals in the area that are occupied by one or two people that previously housed four or more.
  19. Guess it's easier to be grumpy than be the change we want to see 😉 Plenty of shots from incredibly talented folks on Instagram and other channels from the Main Avenue Bridge if you do a little digging, or create your own with a drone, or from the passenger seat ... just sayin' 📸
  20. Yes - as with most threads, there's a gray area. In this case - Random Visualization is best for ideas/projects more based in reality (such as what Geowizical has posted). An 800'+ tower on the SW HQ2 site similar to something planned for Salesforce ...
