33 pics, and I'm 33 no more
Nah - as good as my early 30s were, post-40 life has been better than I could have imagined ... except for the metabolism being replaced by mandatory cardio :-)

^We have something along those lines for the Admins/Mods to keep tabs on threads that are pruned. Thing is, whenever 'significant deletions' take place, it's not like it's rocket science as to why - half of the pruned posts usually have "well, not to go further off topic" or similar sentiments.

I think once some of the high profile projects come to fruition, we'll see sites like that get more attention. The big name hotel chains are usually the last to arrive to emerging neighborhoods.- Cleveland: Rooftops for photoshoots

- Youngstown photos help wanted
I would contact Dr. Donna DeBlasio at YSU. She was tremendously helpful when I requested information for the Youngstown section on my site, clevelandskyscrapers.com- Documenting Over-the-Rhine - 2016
Wow - it's been too long since I've been to Cincinnati and the last time I was in Over-the-Rhine proper, I was cutting a rug with friends at Club DV8. Definitely need to check this out, looks amazing!- CLEVELAND - Flat out living the island and sporting life in public
It's been a busy summer but had some time to get some photos at Whiskey Island, Public Square, Flats East Bank and took in a Browns preseason game and the Indians making history :-) En route to Whiskey Island, new construction in Detroit-Shoreway: It was a busy day on the water, and it's hard to find a better spot for volleyball: New residential construction plugging along on Detroit Avenue: Over to Flats East Bank - it's been open for a while but haven't really had time to check it out. I suppose there's a "Crocker Park" feel to it, but it was hopping and with the river, bridges, Lake Erie, it's such a unique spot and I'm so glad to see it being so active: Cute little 95' yacht parked at Shooters  Granted there's a fence and security cameras but I was surprised to see the boardwalk went right up to the "Iron Curtain" bridge: On a hot day, the Metroparks water taxi was a godsend to get to the West Bank - $2 per person for an all day pass: Views from the water taxi: View of and from the West Bank: It just isn't a day in the Flats without a huge freighter making its way along the Cuyahoga: A few shots of Public Square - not sure how I feel about reopening Superior Avenue to bus traffic, maybe on a limited basis? Regardless, like Flats East Bank, it's fantastic to see so many people enjoying the redeveloped space: Next up, the Browns vs. the Falcons preseason game - I was fortunate to enjoy it from a suite  Pre-game warmup excercises: Season ticket holders with the Flag: Swagger, the Browns big 'dawg' Only the right helmet flame was working, one of several mishaps on the field that evening  Since the views *of* the stadium were getting depressing, I headed outside for a few shots - no tripods allowed so apologies for the blur and noise: RG3 did alright and it's still the preseason, right? Next up, the Indians and the epic walkoff win - I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get any good photos of the game, but I was having too much of a good time. Ah well: Going to wrap it up with a post-game walk across the Lorain-Carnegie bridge: Hope you enjoyed!- Several hours in São Paulo
Another fantastic set - two questions: 1. I see a lot of people wearing hoodies, parkas, etc. - was it actually chilly when you were there? 2. Is that an abandoned skyscraper that we're looking at?- Three Days in Rio de Janeiro
As always, another amazing set - thank you for posting!- Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I took this photo of the 57th floor in 2000; I worked at Key from 2002-2004 and would have to zip up to the Executive area every now and then - pretty sure that encompassed 54-56 but definitely not 57. Fun tidbit, that's fellow forumer Paul in Cleveland[/member] in the background:- Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
KeyBank has never occupied the 57th floor - it was unfinished from the day it was built until 2007 a law firm moved in; looks like their lease is ending. http://blog.cleveland.com/business/2007/12/key_towers_top_floor_finally_g.html- Career Networking / Job Posting Thread
I don't think it's a bad idea, but there would have to be some discussion among the Admins before we would go 'live'. - Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News
