Okay folks - this isn't the thread for Boomers calling the shots on corporate site selection, parents with school age kids in the city, free parking, CERCLA, etc. Some of you long-term folks know better than to pile on a derailing post and it's been a while since we've handed out suspensions - just sayin'.

It's been a few years but I recall a proposal to add signage to the Carew Tower - I did a quick Photoshop job but thankfully nothing ever came of it.
A few things: 1. This is a permitted post and in an appropriate thread. With that, Seller and Buyer shall and do hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Admins and Owners of UrbanOhio harmless for any damages resulting from any materially inaccurate or misleading express representation or warranty of Seller hereunder or under a Seller property disclosure document. 2. Some of these might look familiar from my posts in the construction threads and others from my Instagram feed. Figured I'd put them all (about 110) in one place while I had a chance. Quick stop at the art museum: Lakefront Nature Preserve: "I'll see you in court!" - fortunately just needed some paperwork but had my camera with me, so ... Recently celebrated our 19th anniversary and my husband STILL won't stop on the Turnpike bridge over the Cuyahoga River so I can get a steady shot. 🙄😆
