^Interest, absolutely - however logistically speaking for lunch during the workweek, it's ideal to keep things a little more centralized and walkable from Public Square. A Flats location might be a good idea for a happy hour outing though :-)

Maybe it's time to have another? Throw out some days/times - location will be downtown.

Yep, I was there with my husband; pretty sure I was the only guy wearing a suit and tie (just got out of work). I thought he did a pretty good job - it would have been cool to hear more "bet you didn't know" like he said about Key Tower, but it sounds like they're considering future events.

Latest update - driver of the sedan that crashed died, and was a suspect in recent robberies in the area.

It's fully built out, we've had several forum meetups in the 'gondolas', taken amazing photos from them, had a few happy hour events in them, but wouldn't you know we forgot to post any updates?!? ;-)

Just some shots from one of my favorite drives in Greater Cleveland - mostly Lake Avenue, with a few short detours. Leaving Tremont, with the scenic overlook in the foreground, downtown Cleveland in the distance: Columbus Road, with new townhomes on the left: Downtown from Franklin Avenue: Edgewater Park: Lake Avenue in Edgewater, my old neighborhood: Still on Lake Avenue, now in Lakewood's Gold Coast neighborhood - grand older homes on Lake, with high rise residential in the background on Edgewater Drive: Two of the larger highrises, the Carlyle and Winton Place: One of the toniest areas in Lakewood, Clifton Park: Not all the homes are historic: Following Lake Avenue west into Rocky River where it becomes Lake Road: Made a quick detour to run an errand but back to the Lake via Wagar Road: A slight detour from Lake Road onto Avalon Drive: Okay, back to Lake Road: Now in Bay Village - not large, but charming historic homes: Not too long before the homes start getting big: Most of the homes have a Colonial look, but not all. One of the latest additions to the lakefront stretch of mansions: Our destination, Huntington Beach: Looks like a lighthouse but was actually built as a watertower: Ending it with a photo not from the set above but a separate drive out - from Avon Lake, 15 miles west of Public Square - hope you enjoyed!

Fyi, the Medical Mutual headquarters is the Rose Building and 1375 East Ninth has been known as One Cleveland Center since at least seven years after its construction but moving on from *that* discussion ...

Not every stretch is going to be a thriving block - even if they add retail here, you have the Calfee garage immediately to the west and to the south you have the Federal Reserve Bank's loading docks. Doubtful this will become a thriving retail corridor anytime soon.

Surrre, this building would fit perfectly with a pastel colored low to midrise art deco neighborhood :roll:
