  1. A few from today - the Silverhills garage is under construction and will be wrapped by apartments but have to say (from my non-construction background) it looks a little goofy at this stage.
  2. A year ago and this week.
  3. About one year ago and this week.
  4. This is a good topic, but let's continue in the Remote Work thread.
  5. Thanks - I don't usually do "up the nose" shots for high-rises as they don't provide much context, but the way the light was hitting the red accents underneath caught my eye. I don't know that I'd want every other building to have this color palette but I'm liking how this is turning out.
  6. If the rendering of the new entrance qualifies as "sleek", I have to wonder if the architecture/design team gets out much. Still, I'll always have a soft spot for the old Brutalist beast - and the views from the building are indeed stunning. It's also where I snapped a certain photo on a lunch break back in the day (see my avatar 🙂)
  7. Agree on Collision Bend but would recommend “patio adjacent” seating. It’s covered in case of inclement weather, and less likelihood of being pestered by aggressive locals aka the gulls. No joke, was on their patio when someone at the next table accidentally dropped a good sized chicken wing. Gull hopped off the railing, chomped down on it and took off like a ravenous cannibal 🤪
  8. Quickly and poorly done Photoshop job, but the link to Google Earth is close to the same angle.
  9. If you don't see your previous post/s here, they've been moved to the Streetscape thread.
  10. Okay, I moved quite a few off-topic posts in the Ohio City projects thread here to the Streetscape thread where it seemed to make sense.
  11. Okay, lots of good discussion here but splitting into some tangential topics. Going to need some time to parse out posts to appropriate threads, thanks for your patience.
  12. Uh oh. https://www.cleveland19.com/2024/04/10/cleveland-firefighters-battle-blaze-ohio-city-funeral-home/
