Women, Want a Healthy Marriage? Marry Man Uglier Than You, Study Says Monday , March 24, 2008 NEWAU ADVERTISEMENT The best marriages are those where women marry men who are less attractive than themselves, research has found. Psychologists who studied newlyweds found men who were better-looking than their wives were more likely to be unhappy and have negative feelings about their marriage. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,340869,00.html ^Bring on the beautiful and rich ladies.

  3. can i draft Stephen Curry from Davidson? haha
  4. Looks good. Maybe emphasize more or elaborate more about college grads leaving Cincinnati to other cities. I am about to be a college grad, and this streetcar issue will either lean me one way or another on where I will look for a job once I graduate.
  5. I am just throwing this out there, no one attack me. :police: Does Cincinnati really NEED a Streetcar, or is this more of a WANT issue? Are we hoping to get a streetcar just to say that we are on the same level of other cities with streetcars? I am all about alternative modes of transportation, but how will a streetcar better ALL of Cincinnati; Price Hill, Hyde Park, College Hill and all points between? I know a streetcar is a step in the right direction, don't get me wrong, but it only addresses a very small portion of the city. There are about 350,000 people in Cincinnati and as of right now the street car has plans to connect roughly 50,000 (high estimates - OTR and Pill Hill). Thoughts? Don't attack the poster, I just want to see some solid answers to those questions.

We will agree to disagree. This argument could obvious go on forever citing many examples. What ESPN does need is an anchor like Erica Hill....

^So, if ESPN was based out of Denver, we would be flooded with Broncos/Rockies and Nuggets coverage?

It is ESPN, they have already established their agenda on who watches it. I would much rather watch a different baseball team every week, than a different baseball team playing the Yankees every week. That is pretty much what it boils down to on ESPN. The game of the week is usually who ever is playing the Yankees that night. Granted, with the lopsided scheduling that baseball has with teams playing the majority of their game against divisional rivals, You will see the Yankees and Red Sox play, what it seems like, every night on ESPN. That link might be a one time coincidence about the Yankees, but I find it to be the case more than not. I would love to watch Seattle play, or the Texas Rangers much rather than the Yankees every night. --off soapbox
  15. amazing pics. Cincinnati's skyline always cheers me up
  16. If I know my history about Charlotte, didn't they (whomever) completely demolish the "old" downtown of Charlotte in the late 70's early 80's and began building the "Uptown"?
  17. I miss Bojangles so much...maybe we can trade a Skyline for a Bojangles
  18. I enjoyed my 4 years living there. Side note, Greenville's population is primary made up of from out of town. This is because of the close proximity to the North American HQ's of Michelin and also BMW North America, which is located in Greer, SC, about 20 minutes to the east. Also, there is a GE plant which produced Gas Turbines, among other items. When I lived there, 1994-1998, that area was on of the fastest growing regions in the South, thanks to the recent opening of the BMW Plant. Greenville is a very fun town. Thanks Randy.
  19. I personally miss the old JHall location. Of course, moving to Newport was probably the best thing they could have done. I liked the atmosphere that was in the OTR location.
