  2. The only damage I saw at Findlay Market was to the Leader Furniture building at it didn't appear to be too bad. Just some burnt out and broken windows but the rest of it looked fine.
  3. Just got back from a quick bike ride around OtR. The sidewalks on lots of streets are littered with assorted shingles and roofing materials. My few pictures are on my flickr page. http://www.flickr.com/photos/11990039@N08/sets/72157607291834806/
  4. Awesome thread. I've spent a fair amount of time there and it is a truly fascinating place. I'll thing I have some pictures of the company houses in Campbell as well as the mill off of Albert St. On a side note does anyone from ytown happen to know what the large building is off of Powers Way? I've seen it the last few times I've been in the area visiting family but it doesn't seem to be progressing much. Thanks.
  5. Just curious if any out there knows anything about this place. It's on Saffin St in South Fairmount. Here is a picture of the inscription over the door, I'll hopefully take more pictures of the place this week.

Well I've been busy lately but have managed to get alot of neighborhoods done. East, West and Lower Price Hill are all finished as is Walnut Hills, North Fairmount and probably some other things I can't think of right now. Hopefully I'll be finished with everything else shortly.

Just got the steps in the following neighborhoods finished and online: Hartwell, Roselawn, Kennedy Heights, Hyde Park, Linwood and parts of the East End. Hopefully the nice weather this weekend will facilitate some more exploring of steps.

Thanks for all the info everyone. It is a far from complete project. I currently have only about 35% of the steps on that map so there is a pretty ridiculous amount left to go. Hopefully I'll be doing alot of them in the coming weeks. It takes a while for the snow and ice to melt off them so we'll see.

Mapquest uses some old place names on things as well. It correctly has Little Bethlehem for the Glencoe Place area. Needless to say I was quite surprised to see this on mapquest.

Hey All I've been a lurker for quite some time. I've been taking pictures and mapping the steps of Cincinnati off and on for the past year. Here is the site => http://www.communitywalk.com/cincinnatisteps Hope you enjoy. Any and all feed back is appreciated!
  11. I kind of like this turn of events. As a resident of the downtown basin I can get pretty much anywhere down here in under 10 mins on a bike. Riding a bike up sycamore hill is quite a different story. It will be interesting to see where they plan on routing this.
