  1. Big fan of Donatos. One of the things I miss from Ohio. Yes I'm still alive. Are you happy now ColDay?!

I would be a member, but my school isn't part of it. :-(

  5. I don't know if there are any there or not, but places for people to eat during their lunch break would be nice. It works really well here in our market square, mind you, the streets that cut it into quadrants are tiny compared to the ones there, but still. It they've got seating for office workers, they'll probably settle there on their lunch break. Unless of course, there are already tables, and I didn't realize it everytime I've driven through.

They're painted tin. Most of the old ceilings down in the southside are tin. Mine are new tin however. Still have some unpainted stuff down in the basement. :-) Thanks guys...I love showing off my house, especially to people who don't have much clue about urban living. It makes them think twice.

southside pittsburgh. My house was built in 1900 according to the allegheny county website. It was rennovated in 2002 before I bought it in may 2004.

The PDF opened up fine for me KJP. I guess that everytime I've driven into Cleveland I'm always concentrating on making the correct exit instead of looking around at the scenery.
  10. I wonder if this is similar to a Whole Foods. I don't know if anyone's ever been to one before, but they built one in East Liberty over here. Business is incredible. It's an awesome store. I think that chain is one of the best fits for an urban environment.
  11. I think it'll look a lot better once it's actually in place. I do agree that they should coordinate with other building owners. As for the other video screens going up, how close are they to this new project? Close enough that you could see them all at the same time?

Sounds like an awesome idea. I wish I was more familiar with that area so that I could picture it.
  13. Ok, newbie question here......what the heck does "TOD" stand for?

No way jose......you couldn't get me into the woods......:)
  15. The developer of that did a great job making the houses unique...they don't look generic at all.....they look way better than the ones down the street from me at the southside works.
  16. So this is pretty much just a busway, correct? The street will have a lane in each direction dedicated to busses? It seems like a nice idea. Is this the reason that Euclid is currently torn to shreds in between downtown and the Cleveland Clinic? Almost lost my car to a gigantic hole on that street, I couldn't believe they actually kept it open.

    That's all I've got.
