^ Totally agree. A theatre and stuff would be cool, but not at 5th and Race. There needs to be tenants added that would aid in the hustle and bustle. If I'm not mistaken, there are a few surface lots on Central leading towards the new SCPA. It would be cool to bring that whole area into an arts place or something. Although it's a far stretch to say broadway commons should have all of this theatre and Playhouse stuff, it's still a possibility and God knows there plenty of space there.

People who work in the media are jaded from their businesses run by close-minded people who are frightened about change. QCS will be an awesome sight regardless of what some alcoholic says.

Just to let everyone know, I'm going to take a dynamic aerial view of downtown Cincy and do a sci-fi environment of Cincy 2 hundred years in the future. If anyone has some awesome shots showing all of downtown, post them here and I'll snatch them up!

Yea I hear ya. But thats the beauty and mystery of construction. I have no idea how they manage to do some of that stuff. Speaking of 4th, that lot at 4th and plum needs to go. They could fit a monster of a skyscraper there.

This is all great to hear. Its a very healthy competition between NKY and Cincy. We have The Banks and QCS and NKY is getting the Dayton development and Ovation. In the long run both sides will benefit from eachother and all of the sudden we have a very cool destination for people. It's like feeding candy to a fat kid. They just keep getting fatter as the candy gets bigger lol.

The hotshot executive, who ever it may be, will have one hell of a view on that top floor of this building;)

How 'bout a huge tower of affordable apartments and not condos with retail on the bottom and cool stuff. Or a huge gas station lol. Could you imagine the traffic around there. Jeeeeeeesh.

Or maybe not have all the condos going up around the river be luxury. Mix it up a little. I'm not saying make it shabby oh no. But hey, put a very nice tower with apartments in the mix or several of them.

BUT, mixing the theater ideas in with it would be great too of course;) That site has so much potential.

But hey we have a right because not only are we the official queen city, Cincy WOULD HAVE taken off to greater heights that Chicago if it weren't for the depression and close-minded city leaders! so...let's start from a fresh slate!:)

People, above everything, are the reason for a turnaround. Bad people out-good people in...DONE. Redevelopment is just a catalyst for those good people.

OTR is huge. When the hustle & bustle is back in it the way it used to be...it'll be like a whole other city next door to the business district.

Yea I think connecting everything to that Kroger is absolutely CRUCIAL. That way, once the grocery store is built on The Banks side, downtown will have grocery stores at the North and South ends. To me, those are the most important areas. All is looking good...just hope it keeps going.

JM agreed^ There's a huge lot that takes up 6th and Sycamore and 7th and Sycamore. Doesn't the big church own that there? that would be the perfect spot for a monster skyscraper...or 2;)

Yea I know! Our downtown is odd sometimes because you have those buildings clumped together by QCS then the buildings hugging Carew. You can see the two clusters very good from NKY. But man when you see downtown from Price Hill, there's a huge gap from the Kroger building on lol. But who knows, Cincy might have a future height wars battle now that QCS isw coming. I don't mind. We have an ass load of space.

Not sure if anyone has seen these yet. They're said to be very accurate. I think it looks awesome.
