Hi Urban Friends! So I'm SERIOUSLY thinking about moving into Battery Park. Checked out the new units and totally fell in LOVE with the townhouses and the up and coming Detroit-Shoreway neighboorhood. Anyone on this thread live in the attached townhouses??? Curious to know what you think of living there and what you pay for gas, electricity, and water. Thanks!
