Maturity is something I've always prided myself on... actions speak louder than words right: haha... DJOrion, I must also compliment the shirt.
  3. $83,000 for 6 acres in midtown??? for serious?
  4. F*ing sweet dude! The Ohio State University Grad and moving to Cleveland. One cant ask for much more.
  5. Short North still doesnt beet German Village, it is very much a High St. confined hood. I will confess some of the side streets have impressive Victorian and some, is Federalist a style? Squared up free standing homes, some have the tin stars you would see south shore boston suburbs.

OPTIONS TRADING?! what about Top Siders?!?
  7. I so wish I had the discipline to learn an instrument! jealous of your talent!
  8. ^Yeah, to be honest it has been a general pursuit of mine for some time, having been on this and other forums we all can lay claim to the same. I am just getting to the point where financialy and maturity wise I can begin to get serious about it. I know Sam Miller at Forest City, have had the oppurtunity to meet Al Ratner as well and I feel from my conversations with them I can tackle the industry. The future is for the dreamers.
  9. ^3am, very nice! To what extent do you think that noise affects property value? BK: I don't know them but I concert produce on the side(finance and generaly be a shrewd busines man), did the Lil wayne and Gucci Mane show last december 7th in columbus and some other smaller shows. Want to branch off of hip-hop so I sent out proposals to the booking agents for both Block Party and The Smashing Pumpkins... do what you love right?? I was thinking a show in Columbus and Oxford for sure and maybe Cleveland. They got back to me and said they werent taking dates till after Feb 2009... spring show! Hopefully a new album before then to boost interest for tickets.
  10. ^Nifty! Well like I said this is preliminary. I'm working on raising more capital to approach banks for loans and given my lack of track record I will need some serious down payment/collateral... I am actualy thinking of bringing a favorite band of mine to Cleveland this spring for a show: anyone a fan of Bloc Party??

Well it just so happens whipper-snapper era guys, such as myself, look past such superficial observations and focus on inner beauty.
  12. Maybe a little fill across the street and build a ten foot brick wall with landscaping and seating area. Im open to being creative and at least see whats feasible given the scale and cost of the project. Let me get some quotes and I will post some details and we can discuss it in more depth... Before I move on the land I am going to introduce myself and sit down with Little Italy as a neighborhood and talk about my project. If I do go ahead it will be my first project and I am young so I feel the upmost transparency will only help earn credibility. My good friend from highschool's dad is an architecht and they work on alot of projects in the area, I guess he would be the first person to consult.

Man being at Ohio State is rough:
  15. I worked on Frank Jackson's campaign in highschool and am going to see him later this week at a fundraiser. I am going to begin my effort in earnst. I think I could get some changes to that zoning if I show them a solid dream with some financing to-boot. Thank you very much X for you effort in mining for that data, much appreciated! I have some sketches of a low impact yet suprisingly high density structure I drew up with my buddy from Toledo in the construction business. I need to find a scanner and get those up...
  16. Council approves zoning for research, information district Wednesday, July 16, 2008 By JENNIFER NOBLIT, ThisWeek Staff Writer New Albany Village Council approved a rezoning measure that will permit the addition of a 127-acre research and information district to its business park. During its meeting Tuesday night, council heard the second reading of an ordinance that changes the zoning of 127 acres bordering state Route 605, New Albany Road East and Souder Road. The change in zoning was requested by the New Albany Co. The zoning, which will permit businesses including medical offices and research and data centers, replaces residential zoning that could have meant 503 age-restricted residential units. 17. Building site is on Cornell road near Random road directly across from a part of the Case campus, adjacent to the redline and whatever else those tracks are used for (KJP some help here please sir). I am thinking that if I can get this rezoned I would mimic the development on Mayfield at East 113th but do it a little more funky. Does anyone know how to look up its zoning and what the current deed/zoning alows for? 18. All the foliage on East 4th is really great looking. I like the infusion of plant life.
  19. ^You cannot trash FC and not aknowledge that the Cleveland Clinic being so large it has a monopoly to charge what it wants for healthcare around here thus making it more expensive to own and operate businesses. They are all just looking out for themselves which is not to say that is a bad thing. Back on point, Sam Miller wants to get this project done before he sees the company of to Al Ratner, who is a genius of a man but it seems there are so many factors going so many ways.
  20. Looking at producing a few shows in cleveland and columbus this fall and on, would like to know if any one knows someone in the business. I am talking about bigger shows at venues like the Agora and The Plain Dealer complex at Nautica. I am looking to contract them to help me run the technical aspects of the show, I am looking for experienced know-how not just some one who dabbles or knows equipment. Let me know if you know of anyone I will be paying competitive market wages for profesional service. Thanks in advance guys.
  21. ^^^About the police horses. At the exit of five fest the mounted cops were really nice, i was pretty inebriated and went up to one particular officer with some lady friends of mine and he let us pose for pictures and do other retarded stuff. Laid back nice guy, the police and authorities at OU are much party friendlier then we have at Ohio State by far.... hence my tasering experiences.
  22. ps ive been tasered twice before and it doesnt hurt that bad. so dont feel bad.
  23. I was there representing ohio state with my buddies from the army that were in town. Awesome time!
