As for the Shaker Heights Towne Center (on the Lee Road stop of the blue line) They have just begun to dig foundations for the condos and townehomes. Ill take pictures and post this week.

^Man I sure hope so, that was a big parking lot to have been taken up.

^We have no plans as of yet to actauly build a convention center. No reason to add it.

This kind of not ultra tall buildings if expanded will yeild a Bostonesque feel which I dont think any of us would deny is a great model.

And I dont think we want anymore gated communitie like FBI buildings DT.

Ineed I like this man and his plans for DT! I am in accord with the above, it would be much better in the DT area but this guy seems commited so who knows?

Yeah and please lets not make the PD a benchmark ok??? All Im saying is 1.25 from a group no one seems to know much of or track down for that matter, just seems fishy. Ive seen similar projects dispear without a trace.

Havent heard anything from Riverview Hope VI - Phases I & II - Ohio City in a long time but hope to in the future, a bluff of buildings like Trump Place on the Hudson.
