Thanks again for all the help! We decided on The Bingham, due to a combination of factors. We also checked out Cleveland as a whole and while it will be a big change from Beantown, I think we will be happy in Cleveland. All the input was greatly appreciated!

See, now, thats how you can tell I am not from the area! I guess I should have said we are looking downtown in general...what exactly defines the Warehouse District (ie what street coordinates should I be looking for?) The significant other will be working on E 9th St by St. Clair...Thanks again!

Hello All - First, let me state how helpeful this website is - you have all made this transition easier. My boyfriend and I are moving to Cleveland from Boston, due to his relocation with the Coast Guard. He will be working right downtown, so we have decided to focus our apartment hunt in the Warehouse district. We are coming out this weekend to check out places, and I wanted some thoughts/suggestions about the places we are already scheduled to look at. They are: The Bingham, Perry Payne, The Pointe at Gateway, Water St Apt, East 4th Street, Worthington and Bridgeview. Our basic needs are either a one or two bedroom apartment, close(ish) to public transportation, preferably a lot underneath or attached for our car, and a clean, safe, fun living environment. We are in our early twenties and coming from Boston our budget for housing pretty much fits in everywhere downtown (we currently pay 1450 for a 500 sq ft studio...so prices out in Cleveland are amazing to us!) Are there any buildings in the area that we should be looking at? Are there any on our list that are simply awful and we shouldnt waste our time on? We are moving in mid-June, and this will probably be our only chance to come and look. Any help, suggestions and tips are welcome. Again, thank you so much for this site.
