Suburban Sprawl News & Discussion
I don't wanna take a side in this so all I'm going to say is this. I think the main reason people move to the suburbs is because a lot of times it is cheaper but they aren't that far from downtown of a major city. I don't think it's always because of the education system or quality of living in the area. Perhaps, just perhaps, living in a major city isn't for everybody. That's just me though.

With 5th-year RB healthy, deal for Alexander unlikely BY MARK CURNUTTE | [email protected] The reason the Bengals didn't take a running back in last month's NFL Draft wasn't because they wanted to sign Shaun Alexander, who had been released by Seattle. The reason is that running back Chris Perry, their oft-injured 2004 first-round pick, appears to be healthy and ready to play this year. Perry, 26, who has played just one full season in four years in the NFL, has two years remaining on his rookie contract. Cincinnati: Mayor Mark Mallory
It's kind of funny that this is brought up now cause just the other day when I was talking about going to downtown Cincy to eat and find something to do they must have thought I was crazy with they look they gave me. The funny part, I guess, is how people always hook onto any bad news that gets sprayed their way but just completely ignore any news that shows or means progress is being made.

I doubt any have the resources financially to do anything. I believe there is a local foundation that owns and maintains some of the buildings, though. Well, at least that is something. It's a shame they couldn't afford to do more though.
