So I'm a lil patriotic. What can I say, I love the US and Ohio.

It's not much but it works for me. Plus it looked a lot worse when I first moved in.

Yeah, they don't play in Cincy again until Monday so I guess I won't be going to either one now.
  6. Peebles is where it's at fellas :-D
  7. Thanks Rando and hohum, I really appreciate it.
  8. Well, it looks like my source was wrong. The game on saturday isn't in cincy but I'd still like the info for stuff to do in/around the city.
  9. Food wise I am willing to try almost anything. As for price, nothing that is going to make me file bankruptcy please. More or less just a sit down place where we can have a conversation but that is nice and has good food.
  10. Alright fellas, I need some help. I'm going to the cyclones game saturday night with a lady friend and we need something to eat and do afterwards. She doesn't drink though. I have no idea what's in Cincy so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fans Trade Chad For Cyclones Tickets April 30, 2008 By Shannon Russell Cincinnati Enquirer CINCINNATI - A steady stream of Bengals fans entered Koch’s Sporting Goods downtown at noon today to pay their disrespects to the The Player Formerly Known As Chad. Each carried with him a JOHNSON 85 jersey, and a cathartic need to get rid of it. The jersey could have been kindling. It could have been a doormat. They wouldn’t have cared. The fact that fans could exchange the nylon keepsake for two tickets to a Cyclones playoff game was a bonus, icing on the cake of betrayal. As fan David Minnis explained, “Chad took the heart of Cincinnati and crushed it.’’ What you do is forget the lousy behavior and go on loving the game. Occasionally, you exorcise a demon by exchanging a JOHNSON 85 jersey for a couple minor league hockey tickets. More at http://www.enquirer.com
  13. ^ It's nice too but I like the modern architecture of the Ascent better. That's just my opinion.
  14. I have to admit, I didn't like the design at first but now it's the best looking building in the cincy metro area in my opinion.
  15. I didn't mean that the countryside isn't beautiful. I was referring to the towns. All the pics posted on here are of West Union but not the country side. I didn't mean to sow any confusion, my bad. I recently took some pics from around the county as well. I will post them as soon as I can if anybody would like to see them.
  16. Well I can't wait for something to happen. I don't live in Cincinnati, or all that close for that matter (Adams County), but I work for a construction company based around Blue Ash that has us working all over the place. Right now we are working on the west side so I go by downtown everyday and everyday I'm looking for some sort of progress to be made on The Banks or on QCS.
  17. Hillsboro had a growth spurt on the north side of town a few years back. Nothing much has happened since then though. I often wish either Hillsboro or Portsmouth (Scioto County) would work on their downtowns a little but I won't hold my breath for anything to happen anytime soon.
  18. Nothing in Adams County is much too look at. I live just a few miles from West Union in Peebles but since there is nothing in Adams County I have to work in Cincinnati.
  19. When are they actually going to start building the garage?
  20. That's a nice little montage you got there
