And it should have 12 total units, according to HUD.

Looks like it's at 2200 Vine St. Google Maps shows it as being on the corner of St. Joe St and Vine, which is the temporary home of Rothenburg Elementary Preparatory Academy. I guess that old school site is where they're planning an apartment development.

Cincinnati: Northside: American Can Factory Lofts
Can we PLEASE cut it out with this b*lls crap? I'll be the first to petition that you get banned for a week. It's just unnecessary and rampant. Cut it out.

Cincinnati: Union Terminal
Well--first, they'd have to get funding to eliminate the horrible bottleneck we have right now. Next or concurrently, they sure really start doing some smart redevelopment of the Queensgate and West End areas, such that Downtown is actually connected with these key facilities (including the main post office). I suppose that's for a different forum though.

Cincinnati: Union Terminal
I know I'm the minority in this, but I wouldn't mind seeing a new facility built for the museum center, and have the terminal back in business as a rail hub. I just don't think the Museum Center needs all that space.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Mabley Place (formerly Tower Place Mall)
Right. If you've been in the area for any length of time, you'll remember that the interior of Kenwood Towne Center looks EXACTLY the same as it did in the early 1990s. They landed some higher-end tenants, refaced the exterior, and made a success out of it. Now if anyone remembers the old Kenwood Mall that was across the street...that's a different story. They coexisted for several years. Barely.

It's still surprising to me that regular Hudepohl is not available yet the light beer is.- Cincinnati: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
Blue Line replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Restaurants, Local Events, & EntertainmentOh, based on the couple times I saw GBV (once was when Superdrag was opening, who I was there to see; one was because I got a free ticket), I am absolutely repulsed by the guy, and I can't stand to give them even a small bit of my attention. That's what a sloppy and offensive drunk will do for some people.- Cincinnati: Downtown: Mabley Place (formerly Tower Place Mall)
Why exactly does it need to be remodeled? Do you personally think it looks stale or outdated? I think it has more to do with whoever is managing the damn thing. Additionally, indoor malls are dinosaurs. There needs to be more street-level shopping options.- Cincinnati: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
Blue Line replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Restaurants, Local Events, & Entertainment^Well, she didn't have interest in playing with the Pixies anymore, since she was not only with recording an album. I'd rather see someone perform in a band where they feel like they're happiest.- Cincinnati: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
Blue Line replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Restaurants, Local Events, & EntertainmentI guess you missed the Pixies 2004 reunion tour, hmm? I just have yet to see The Breeders, and I have their first two albums. I could give two sh!ts about her association with the Pixies. As for The National...I'd rather go to sleep early.- Cincinnati: Downtown: Provident Camera Building (7th Street)
I wonder how many other old vacant mixed use buildings are like this too. Reminds me of the building where Donato's Pizza is on Main St. Six or seven stories, and they're all completely painted over or shuttered.- Cincinnati: Downtown: Provident Camera Building (7th Street)
If you're going to say that, you need to at least tell us where you found this information or how you know this.- Cincinnati: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
Blue Line replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Restaurants, Local Events, & EntertainmentCrap. I don't want to miss the Breeders, but they go on SO EARLY. I really don't want to put in 10 hours tomorrow at work just for that.- Cincinnati Brewery / Beer / Alcohol News
^Very nice. Hudy Delight is just okay, but I think it's better than any of those national light beers. I'm hoping that he brings back Burger Beer. My grandfather was crazy about it, but I never got to try it before it disappeared from shelves. Cincinnati bars are definitely a strong reminder of the rich beer history we have with old promo material on the walls.- Cincinnati: Festivals, Music Concerts, & Events
Blue Line replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Restaurants, Local Events, & EntertainmentWhat will Natalie Portman be doing there? I wanted to attend the event with her at UC, but I won't be able to make that. I'd die to see her in person.- Cincinnati: Complete Streets, Road Diets, and Traffic Calming
The Gateway Quarter isn't an employment quarter like the other areas. I'm sure the Q got votes, but it obviously matters more to commuters who want to get to work or to downtown sites.- Cincinnati: Retail News
So is it just high school t-shirts right now or what? And how have they outgrown their space if they've just opened? - Cincinnati Brewery / Beer / Alcohol News
