Yeah, I get that. And I haven't see anything that supports your second opinion.

Good luck with inducing a full recovery. We were headed into a recession with or without the corona. Factoring in the virus will only make the recession deeper and longer than it had to be.

As noted, the comment was made from someone who attended Hudson in 2001. Twinsburg and Hudson did not join the suburban league until 2015-2016, which is relatively recent.

True, and SHW is much more than just a consumer/contractor paint company... Their coatings go on just about every imaginable surface that exists - furniture, ventilators, oxygen tanks, hospital bed frames, food packaging, the inside drink of bottles, all Caterpillar's heavy equipment and so on and so forth.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
They also just announced they're giving all store employees and drivers a raise of $2 an hour.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Statement from someone working in the TAG division at SHW: Q: How have your sales been the last two weeks? A: "Sales have been through the roof"- Ohio Census / Population Trends & Lists
I'm currently on the phone with coworker who graduated from Hudson in 2001. He thinks the Twinsburg/Hudson area relates more to Cleveland because the HS league they were in consisted of Solon, Brush, Mayfield, etc. He wants it known on record that Stow is the beginning of Akron.- Cleveland / Lakewood: The Edge Developments
I shop at both Lucky's and Ohio City Dave's weekly and they are pretty similar in terms of cleanliness. Dave's has really stepped up their game as of late. Their customer service has also been better than Lucky's recently. The last time I was at Lucky's (maybe 8 days ago) they had one register open with a line of about 20 people deep. Not great.- Cleveland: Ohio City: Development and News

For those w/out a subscription, the Walton family might be turning the Baker Building into a 21c Museum hotel. Baker Building's buyer may be a big leaguer A company named 1900 East 6th LLC that was formed in Ohio on March 13 may hold an intriguing connection to the mystery buyer and potential reuse of the Baker Building, which occupies that address in downtown Cleveland. The same name was used on Jan. 27 to buy the 1919 vintage structure on resurgent East Sixth Street for $1.8 million from the prior owner, real estate investor and educator J. Scott Scheele, who held it through the Diamond Investment Group Building LLC. That's the word according to the deed in Cuyahoga County records. https://www.crainscleveland.com/real-estate/baker-buildings-buyer-may-be-big-leaguer- Cleveland: General Business & Economic News

Arnold Sports Festival cancels convention due to coronavirus The event was expected to bring 250,000 people to Columbus, Schwarzenegger said, from 80 different countries. “We would never choose making money over people’s health,” he said. This is the first time the event has been interrupted. Good point. And what's the down payment on a 1M+ house? That's gotta be hundreds of thousands, or 3-5 years worth of rental costs.- Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
280k is the median house sales price, not salary median. The median income is 93k, so all of these individuals are OVER the median.- Cleveland: Ohio City: INTRO (Market Square / Harbor Bay Development)
Agreed. My three newest neighbors purchased homes for above 300k, and all make well over 100k. Those who live here, or pay attention, aren't surprised by these figures.- Cleveland: Local Media News & Discussion

Sunday nights were the best. My cousin's band out of Youngstown (Ivet) was a main stay on the station in the mid to late 90's. Been listening to it all morning - absolute gold!- Cleveland: General Business & Economic News
Last year the CLE ranked 9th. While still lower than many of our peer cities, Cleveland's median house value increased 16k in one year. Not bad. Full list can be found here: https://www.glassdoor.com/List/Best-Cities-for-Jobs-LST_KQ0,20.htm- Ohio Census / Population Trends & Lists
