^ You're greatly underestimating the demand for condos downtown. The Cleveland market can easily support the addition of many hundreds of condos over the next 2-5yrs. Geis is probably going to build somewhere in the range of 35-55 units (best guess).

^ I highly doubt SHW is looking to move to Brecksville for that reason. They're able to draw candidates to Cleveland from all over the world. They don't need labor from Akron.

Exactly, people commenting from other cities have no idea the level of growth we're seeing at ground level. I wouldn't be surprised if Cleveland gains 1k to 2k in 2019 and lands closer to 390k as opposed to 380k.

There is no proof to support your opinion. Once again, Cleveland will not lose “tens of thousands” as you previously stated.

Cleveland hasn't and won't lose "tens of thousands" this decade. We're on pace to lose around 10k-12k, maybe less. Remember the 2016 estimate numbers were revised UP last year.

A 3.6-mile stretch of Miles Avenue would be resurfaced from Broadway Avenue to the Warrensville city line. It is estimated construction would begin April 2020. · Center Street Bridge: Improvements of the Center Street Bridge, which was constructed in 1901 to provide access over the Cuyahoga River. The project would include repairing structural steel, painting the bridge, improving pedestrian access, repairing the operator house and making mechanical and electrical repairs. · West 65th Street: Resurfacing a 1.90-mile stretch of West 65th Street from Denison Avenue to Herman Avenue. Literally the last thing Cleveland needs is more parking. We're not a public transit centric city (whatever that means) due to the plethora of parking downtown and in nearby neighborhoods.
