Cleveland Guardians Discussion
^ I doubt there will be much drop off either way. There's a lot of big weekday series left (Toronto,NYY, BoSox) and the remaining weekend games are almost sold out.. Here's a good look at the numbers: Big weekend at the box office adds to belief Tribe will finally get to 2 million at gate The Indians drew 88,407 for a three-game series vs. the White Sox and are averaging 22,014 fans per contest this season. With eight more weekend series ahead, it seems likely Edwin Encarnacion will reach at least one of his attendance bonuses. http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/20170612/BLOGS06/170619949/big-weekend-at-the-box-office-adds-to-belief-tribe-will-finally-get

Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway District: Development and News
That's odd? Isn't that right next door to Titans Gym? Orange Theory Fitness only offers group workout sessions, and is geared towards a completely different market than Titan's. They have a large following around the country and Ohio. I expect OTF to do very well in Downtown Cleveland. Here's some info on them: https://www.orangetheoryfitness.com/ Rise Nation and Harness Cycle are also opening up locations near Gateway.

The Hanna building apts do not face Euclid Ave., they are on E. 12th & Prospect. It still opens up to Euclid. It would be crazy not to include it on the list considering the retail space does front Euclid. Oops I just realized that I'm thinking of the Halle Building.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
^What's really obvious to me are the mismatches once the Cavs go to their bench. They've gotten virtually nothing from their subs all series. The warriors don't seem to miss a beat when KD and Curry are off the court. Look at what happened when Bron came out at the end of the first. UGLY.

I've played enough hoops to know that giving up 113pts to a team that missed a TON of open shots, is the exact opposite of amazing defense.

Not sure your point here but the Cavs didn't have Kevin Love for the 2015 Finals and Irving only played in the first two games. You're proving my point. No one cares about injuries. I was being sarcastic. "Oh, the 15-0 (soon to be 16-0) playoff record by the Warriors is tainted because Leonard sprained his ankle in Game 1." Injuries happen all the time in sports. Get over it. Like I said, literally everyone else outside of a few Cleveland fans are acknowledging this Warriors team is one of the greatest teams of all-time. Not sure why some Cavs fans are clinging to this notion they're on the same level as them. They're not. They just got 38 and 39 point performances from Kyrie and LeBron and still lost. The only thing that counts is who wins the Championship. Going 15-0 doesn't mean s*** yet, just like their 73 regular season wins didn't mean s*** last year. I'm sure you falsely predicted the warriors would win it all last year based on a meaningless record. Vegas loves people like you. Wait until the series is over to crown them the 2nd coming, that's all I'm saying.

No team has gone 15-0 to start a playoffs. That is, by definition, on another level. The best player in the West going down in game 1 of WCF may have helped the Warriors.

Watch the last two minutes of last night's game and see You never miss an opportunity to gloat. Wait until the series is over, kid. Not gloating, just thought Cavs fans were setting themselves up. This Warriors team is just on another level. No, they're not on another level.... The Cavs are just playing like crap. Lol ok. 15-0 suggests otherwise. The best player in the West going down in game 1 of WCF may have helped the Warriors. Keep trolling, man. Nice style. Kevin Durant went down in game 1? It's ok to admit the Warriors are just better. Everyone else sees it. Where did I say the Cavs are better? The warriors are definitely a great team, but they're not a "different level" great. That's ESPN/media BS that average sports nerds eat up.

Watch the last two minutes again, both teams were exhausted. Durant hit a shot and Kyrie missed. Ballgame.

What did the warriors do to force K.Love to go 1-9 from the field? Most of his misses weren't even contested. Too many empty possessions and mental breakdowns are why the Cavs are sitting at 0-3 and not 1-2.

The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread
Lead story on Yahoo: Cleveland rocks: No ‘mistake’ about it Once considered the “mistake by the lake,” Cleveland is getting the last laugh. After a banner year in 2016 — playing host to the Republican National Convention and winning an NBA championship — the city is beaming with pride, and residents are eager to get the word out about everything the “CLE” has to offer. “There are some travelers that’ll measure cities by do they have great food, do they have great music, do they have great sports. Cleveland has all of that, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame,” said Greg Harris, the Hall of Fame’s president and CEO. While it may be rocking a major confidence boost, Cleveland is still a work in progress. Yahoo Global News Anchor Katie Couric visited the once booming steel town for her series “Cities Rising: Rebuilding America.” https://www.yahoo.com/katiecouric/cleveland-rocks-no-mistake-120535377.html?utm_content=55573948&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook
