The Ohio State University Buckeyes Football Discussion
Looks like you should have trusted what you heard on an internet forum over your source ;) http://www.ourlads.com/ncaa-football-depth-charts/depth-chart/ohio-state/91533 That's okay, Erick is right on schedule....I see him out there making plays on special teams. You know he's caught Urban's eye now. Once Erick mentally understands the defense, he'll be in the rotation. Von Bell is the only safety on the roster more physically gifted than Smith. Future 1st team All-American.

Johnson Construction Company (JGJ) gets ready to move into their new digs at 1284 Riverbed Street. Cleveland: Downtown Cleveland Alliance News & Discussion
The third quarter began with thrilling announcements about the Republican National Committee selecting Cleveland for its 2016 convention and LeBron James announcing his return to the Cavaliers. Downtown Cleveland’s momentum accelerated over the course of the third quarter across all market sectors. Downtown Cleveland continues to capitalize on its key assets: one of the most skilled workforces in the U.S., a walkable downtown that attracts and retains talent, and a favorable business climate. Downtown Cleveland’s accelerating momentum in Q3 included: Cleveland ranking as the 5th fastest growing population of workers with advanced degrees in the nation The Opening of The 9 and the Residences at 1717, sending the downtown residential population over 13,000 while maintaining over 95 percent occupancy among market rate apartments. The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread
what it will take to bring millennials like me back home A few months ago, I headed off to college for the first time. As I thought about my new four-year residence at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, I also began to think about what it was like to grow up as part of the millennial generation in Cleveland. This unique place has had a major impact on me, and as I leave it for the first time, I’m realizing how large that impact is. It’s officially no secret that Cleveland is a city on the rise, one that’s shedding its rusty reputation. Yet of course, it wasn't always like that. When my generation was coming of age in the 2000s, the city was hitting some of its hardest times during the Great Recession. Just as we were at the age of exploring our unique place of birth, Cleveland was having a hard time just staying afloat. And now, right as we’re leaving, it’s experiencing a long-awaited renaissance. http://www.freshwatercleveland.com/features/willmillenialsreturn102814.aspx

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Frantz Ward will move to 200 Public Square The Frantz Ward LLP law firm has leased two floors for new offices at 200 Public Square and plans to relocate next April from Key Tower, at 127 Public Square. The 29th and 30th floors of the former BP Tower offered the firm something it has never had before, said Christopher G. Keim, a partner and member of the management committee who chaired Frantz Ward's search. Frantz Ward went through an exhaustive search for new space and reviewed its options with Key Tower before switching trophy towers on Public Square, Keim said. It even saw proposals for two new office buildings and space in a retrofitted building before settling on 200 Public Square, although Keim declined to discuss the plans in any detail. http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/20141019/SUB1/310199984/frantz-ward-will-move-to-200-public-square

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
I didn't know anyone had even gotten on the bandwagon.. Bengals send message to fans CINCINNATI -- Two Cincinnati Bengals players have a message for those who have jumped off the team's bandwagon -- stay off. Safety George Iloka and veteran Pro Bowl offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth weren't very happy when asked to discuss fans who had given up on the team after Sunday night's 43-17 loss to the New England Patriots. Comments on social media during yet another Bengals loss in prime time suggested many fans were skeptical, even after Cincinnati's 3-0 start to the season. "Let them jump off," Iloka said Monday. "I'm not worried about the people who jump off. We don't want them as fans anyway." http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/11659097/cincinnati-bengals-players-george-iloka-andrew-whitworth-tell-bandwagon-fans-stay-away

The speed of development in this neighborhood is amazing. It's not just bars and restaurants either. It seems like any given street you walk down you'll pass multiple houses being renovated. craft sandwich and beer bistro planned for gordon square will offer delivery service It seems there's a new venue with reclaimed wood and industrial furnishings opening up every day on the near west side of Cleveland. Yet Jon Mavrakis, who is opening up the new craft sandwich and beer bistro Local West in Gordon Square with his dad and brother, says his new eatery will fill a gap in the marketplace. Every sandwich will be locally sourced, and they'll be priced between $8 and $14. Local West also plans to offer delivery service, something that is not widely available. freshwatercleveland.com/devnews/localwestbistro092914.aspx Go West, Young Man: Ohio City Mainstay Matt Stipe Sets Up Shop in Detroit Shoreway with Banter Matt Stipe was the first person Sam McNulty hired when he was opening Bier Markt way back in 2005. Cleveland: Lakefront Development and News
Lakefront developers add a hotel to plans for phase one projects at North Coast Harbor CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Add a hotel to the list of potential projects being plotted for downtown Cleveland's lakefront, where developers are studying prospects for new construction. Dick Pace of Cumberland Development said this week that he and the Trammell Crow Co. are "very serious about a hotel." That's a new wrinkle for the joint-venture team, which won a shot this year at remaking city-owned land near Lake Erie with a plan that proffered more than 1,000 apartments, plus offices, waterfront recreation, restaurants and a downtown school. http://www.cleveland.com/business/index.ssf/2014/09/lakefront_developers_add_a_hot.html#incart_river
