Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
RTA adds service from Cleveland to work hubs in Solon and Steelyard Commons CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority tweaks its bus and train schedules and routes every quarter, routine housekeeping aimed at improving service. But several changes reviewed Tuesday by RTA's operations committee suggest something a bit out of the ordinary for Cuyahoga County's bus system. RTA is preparing to strengthen routes linking northeastern parts of the county with Solon and the Steelyard Commons shopping complex. http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2013/12/rta_adding_more_service_from_n.html#incart_river_default

Cleveland: Downtown: Hilton Cleveland
Convention hotel design has the potential to contribute to Cleveland skyline, but still needs refinement The architects of the new Cleveland Convention Center hotel envision a svelte, glassy tower tall enough to make a sizable impact on the downtown skyline and to grab views of Lake Erie from just about every room. Yet they also want the hotel to fit comfortably amid the nearly century-old neoclassical civic buildings in the city’s historic Group Plan District, conceived by Chicago architect Daniel Burnham in 1903. http://www.cleveland.com/architecture/index.ssf/2013/11/convention_hotel_design_has_th.html

The law firm, which has roughly 45 attorneys and staff members in downtown Cleveland, expects to move in June from 55 Public Square to the fourth floor of the Ernst & Young building. Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Jason Lloyd was just on espn 850 talking about the Cavs. He made a comment about Tristan Thompson becoming an all-star caliber player sooner rather than later. A year ago he could've never imagined saying that. Everyone is very impressed with this kid's work ethic and new found shooting touch.

The Ohio State University Buckeyes Football Discussion
The Buckeyes are in much better position today. It started Thursday night with UCF’s upset over undefeated Louisville and continued Saturday with losses by Clemson, LSU, Texas A&M, UCLA, South Carolina and Georgia. All of them were top 15 teams heading into the day, and all of them were essentially eliminated from national title contention this week. The fact Clemson was demolished by Florida State helped the Seminoles leapfrog Ohio State in the standings, but it eliminated Clemson from what has become, essentially, a four-team race. Missouri, Baylor and Miami may all have something to say before the end of the year, but Ohio State is right there with FSU, Oregon and Alabama in the race for the crystal football. Because of their schedule, the Buckeyes probably need two of those other teams to lose if they’re going to play for all the marbles this season.
