Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
Britton Gallagher quickly outgrows new space at One Cleveland Center Insurance broker will lease another 6,000 square feet after adding 18 to staff Six months after Britton Gallagher moved into its new digs in downtown Cleveland, it has outgrown the space. Now, the insurance brokerage is preparing to exercise the rights under its lease at One Cleveland Center to add and build out roughly 6,000 more square feet on the building's top floor. The reason: Since early June, when the firm moved its offices to Cleveland from Solon, it has added 18 people, said Wendy Kertesz, director of marketing. Those additions bring the firm's total employees to 75, and leave not even an extra cubicle for the insurance representatives who at various times spend a day or two at Britton Gallagher, said Lee M. Stacey, CEO and president. In retrospect, he noted, it would have behooved the firm to build out all the space at once, not just its 20,000 square feet on the 30th floor. Mr. Stacey said he didn't have an estimate last week for what build-out and furnishing of part of the 31st floor will cost. http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/20121203/SUB1/312039988

Cleveland Browns Discussion
The browns offense must be a "Little" physical too. I just read that three of Oakland's defensive backs were knocked out of the game with concussions. I know Little caused at least one of em. Isn't it usually the browns getting lit up? Times are changing!

This team could've given up a few weeks ago....They lost AT LEAST three winnable games to begin the season. The fact that they are still playing hard is enough to give Shurmer a look for next season. I'm 50/50 on Shurmer staying, and 95/5 on Heckert sticking around for another season.

Ohio Congressional Redistricting / Gerrymandering
If anything there is a pretty clear cut bigotry edge FOR the winner of the election: black turnout has been at record highs the past two presidential elections and Obama secured some 98% of black votes. Not to mention the few thousand people in the entire country that may vote against someone because he is black probably wouldnt vote for a white democrat either, so the effect is nil. A few thousand??? Ram is in that bubble again!

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Zeller looked alright for his 1st game. He needs to be a little more aggressive, but overall I like what he can bring to this team... The Q was rocking last night. It was nice seeing T-Rich, Weeden, Haden, Rucker, and a number of other Browns supporting the Cavs. Even Fausto was there sitting behind the bench!

What's really frustrating is listening to the post game comments. Weeden says he had a good game. Really!?! Little said he's excited. No one on the team sounded mad or upset about being 0-3. I didn't expect them to do much this year, but show some FREAKING EMOTION! My new favorite team is whoever's playing the steelers.

^ I would take 6 wins right now...I think we can all agree somewhere between 4 and 6 wins sounds right for this team. Next year they better be .500 or better!
