So @TBideon FWIW. According to ESPN; It requires an average of 3.1 plate appearances per team game to be in contention for any batting title. By that metric and due to his injury time off, Kwan is currently averaging 2.9 PA/TG. However in the games he has played this season he is averaging just over 4.5 so I've made the calculations and it appears he will require 10 more games at 4.5/G to reach that 3.1 minimum. Carry on.

Cleveland: Restaurant News & Info
I lived on Sheldon Rd. during that same time Ken, less than 1/2 a mile west. This place probably accounted for 50% of my caloric intake in the 90's. Sad to see it close. FWIW and pedantic for sure, @KJP the north side of Sheldon is a Brook Park address.

Was it it ever clear to any one here how much, if any, of the development around the existing stadium the Haslams were committed to actually building? I was under the impression that pretty little render they released was to show what could be done if the land bridge was built.

Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
I don't do social media stuff but perhaps someone who does could get the word out to a particular trio of actors that might be interested in saving the Deer Hunter Church. Between Streep, De Niro and Walken, they might be able to scrape up a donation or three.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
I had read the speculation that Francona was retiring after this season but never heard it was certain. The linked article below sure makes it sound like tonight will be his last game at Progressive. It's a shame we couldn't win it all in 2016 under his helm but we do have the longest winning streak in over 100 years and a solid record. I wonder if he'll stay in Cleveland. https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/38498193/terry-francona-manager-guardians-red-sox-retire

Architecture: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
Good video @Ethanthanks for posting. I agree with your assessment and heard nothing I would argue with. IMO he's spot on but would enjoy an architects opinion on the matter.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
Mayfield has requested to be traded. Looks like some damage has been done. I'm no expert but going after Watson seemed moronic. I agree with those who wanted see what he could do this coming season and then decide. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/33528225/baker-mayfield-requests-trade-cleveland-browns-says-best-interests-sides-move-on

Lorain County: Development and News
Clvlndr in LV replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Northeast Ohio Projects & ConstructionSo this is all exciting news but I see a few people expressing concern about the depth of the lake and canals. Might I remind folks that though submarines are faster underwater they are still quite capable of cruising on the surface, I'm just sayin'.
