Cleveland Cavs Discussion
Smith's hit was definitely intentional. I think he got really unlucky with the swipe and nailed Crowder right in the chin. It was a dirty play and, because he leveled Crowder, it looked way worse than JR intended. I hope the NBA takes into account intent more than the result or else a repeat offender like JR could get a long suspension. 2-4 games if the NBA wants to send a message. The Cavs really need JR's offense with KLove out. Perk should have been ejected too.

Cleveland E 4th St
I lived on the 5th floor in the Buckeye building and loved it. If the windows are closed, the only noise "problems" I ever had were St. Patrick's day bagpipes at Flannery's (awesome) and Indians fireworks (not as awesome). Our windows faced prospect and were right above Flannery's.

What Would You Re-Name the Cleveland Indians?
I think once Redskins goes, Chief Wahoo is next. I wouldn't really oppose it. I love Chief Wahoo but it's pretty demeaning. Why not let him fade away quietly without the PR debacle going on in Washington? On the other hand, I'd really put up a fight over changing the name. I think removing Chief Wahoo will lessen the offensiveness of Indians. I do like Spiders if for some reason we had to lose Indians.

Hubey's the best in the biz. Love him and Collins on the game because they're objective and give you a peek into their coaching mindset. PS, Hubey is 81. Wow!

This is right outside my office. The rink looks amazing. Hoping it might lead to an annual outdoor rink.

This team looks to LeBron and follows suit. Once he gives a damn, they'll give a damn.

Tito signs a 2-year extension with team options in 2019 and 2020. Love this signing. Should keep the Indians relevant for the foreseeable future. http://www.cleveland.com/tribe/index.ssf/2014/11/manager_terry_francona_signs_t.html

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I'm not going to jump on the "Haden is an average CB" train, but I will say that Haden gets beat way too much in the most critical points in the game. I can list too many times (Week 1 for starters) when the Browns needed him to protect against the big play and concede the short routes, only to get burned. What's most worrisome for me is that it's been happening his entire career and he hasn't learned from any of his game-altering mistakes.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I don't love it, but it's light years better than the supposed "Dawg" logo that's been thrown around recently. Personally, I think they should mimic Ohio State's alternate helmet and incorporate some minor, albeit noticeable adjustments... Wider stripes, more modern shape, metallic shine.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
I agree, maybe if Masterson was in 2013 form this would be packing it in, but 2014 form has been bad. Now they won't feel obligated to start him and his 5.51 ERA.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
There is no way they trade away Wiggins for Love unless they have some sort of verbal from LeBron or his agent. If they don't have it, they might be the dumbest sports franchise in history. That's no hyperbole. They might be...

Columbus Blue Jackets Discussion
It's great to see the quick evolution of the CBJ in the last 2 years. A fourth line of Calvert/Letestu/Atkinson?! Sign me up. I'm expecting big things from the CBJ in the next 3-5 years. This is still a very young roster and now have some playoff hockey under their belts. They'll come back hungry for more this fall. And wait till all these 1st/2nd rounders grow up!
