I didn't think I'd like this thread much, but I was pleasantly surprised. Thanks, Chris!
  3. Please stop the pointless bickering and stay on topic.

Maybe they don't like photos because they know people will be making fun of them on message boards.
  7. 4 PM? That's weak. Damn...at least stay open through dinner time!
  8. I was surprised at the number of rowhouses Columbus has. You're right, though, there are tons of hideous ones. Interesting pics.
  9. ^ Blogger seems to be acting up a lot more lately. It's working right now.
  10. Yeah, a sizeable percentage of those units in City Home on Pleasant will be affordable to people with something like 60% of the AMI, and some units (I think) will be rental apartments. OTRCH is even looking for grants to help lower the prices to make them EVEN MORE affordable. This development is not a playground for the rich, so I don't see this as being an OTRCH "sell out". But I do understand that there's a certain percentage of the population that just hates everything 3CDC does and you'll never convince them otherwise.
  11. Nice shots, man. Lots of life.
  12. This is not okay. Why did Deters have to come back to town?
  13. Did UC rejoin C-USA? When is the "Papa John's Bowl" played? Yesterday? October 4? It's all about the money, folks. Apparently it doesn't matter what teams do on the field. It's how their fans travel. Unbelievable.
  14. ^ There was a Hail Mary situation at the end of the game and the Cowboys put him in as a DB. He batted the ball down in the end zone.
  15. Villages of Heartbreak...LOL....
  16. ^ You're pretty much right. Here's what the homeowner said about the porch:
  17. I don't know if it's original...I'll ask the owner and get back to you.

I think I enjoyed the Zurich thread a lot more, but this one was pretty nice. Good Lord, what a fantastic street wall:
  19. By choice! (Thanks, Mo'Nique :( )
  20. LOL @ response-inducing provocative comment. I'll have to try that next time.
  21. Four in a row and up to 7-5....
  22. Yep. It would come from capital funds and TIF revenue, which would then be leveraged to get over $20 million in new market tax credit loans.
  23. RiverViewer...I posted about 2904-2910 Park on my blog the other day if you want to check it out.
  24. If Union Savings Bank considers what they've done to be "investing", then I would like to invite them to divest themselves of all holdings within the Cincinnati city limits.
