Cincinnati: Street game ban
Well, Dohoney is now saying that he won't put this before Council now and will instead try to work on a compromise. Any guesses on what would constitute a "compromise"?

Mariemont: Jordan Park
^ I haven't seen any project documents whatsoever. Do you have a camera? I've been meaning to get over there to get pics, but it's kind of out of my way and my time's been taken by projects happening closer to where I live.

UrbanOhio Fantasy Football League
Bulger didn't look right and the Rams offense isn't working. That's why I dropped him. Look who's 2-2! BTW...it looks like richNcincy didn't get around to doing his lineup for this past week. He had a bunch of injured guys on there and one player whose team had a bye. No wonder he only scored 11 points.

The Bengals just signed me to play linebacker. It's a one-year contract at the NFL minimum. I'll be wearing number 50.

Cincinnati: College Hill: Linden Park Commons
New rendering, townhome developer for Linden Park Building Cincinnati, 9/28/07 Newly released rendering of mixed-use building A new rendering and the naming of the townhome developer for Linden Park Commons were revealed at Tuesday night's meeting of the College Hill Forum. The mixed-use portion of the project will include a three-story building with 19 condos and 13,000 square feet of street-level retail. M/I Homes was named as the developer of 24-30 adjacent townhomes, which will complement the mixed-use building in appearance. Design on these is ongoing. Project developer Al Neyer, Inc. plans to establish a sales office within a month after City Council approves $1.8 million in project gap funding. Construction would begin when 50 percent of the mixed-use space is sold. The townhomes would be built based on customer demand. http://www.building-cincinnati.com/2007/09/new-rendering-townhome-developer-for.html

How about you stop over-building so many goddamned subdivisions?

Covington: Pulse Loft Condominiums
Unfortunately, they're fronted by a large surface lot that's basically a cul-de-sac of Banklick Street. However, the fact that you can still walk over to Pike Street eases this problem a bit.
