  2. I'm sure the price of Sim City 4 is way down now. It's been out for like 4 years. I'm seeing it for $19.99 on Amazon, so it's probably even cheaper at the store. Be sure to get the Deluxe Edition, though.

Ball, Business First of Columbus Friday, August 31, 2007 Developer Duke Realty Corp. has expanded its regional options for large-scale industrial development through the inauguration of a 405-acre industrial park in the Madison County village of West Jefferson. The Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust launched its Park 70 at West Jefferson in late August with construction of two projects with a combined space of nearly 2 million square feet. Cereal producer Kellogg Co. is expected to take a 1.14 million-square-foot distribution center Duke has zoned under construction on 75 acres. Retailer Restoration Hardware Inc. previously announced its plans to lease a 805,125-square-foot, build-to-suit facility next to the Kellogg facility. West Jefferson and nearby London have gained a handful of projects in recent years, including the Target Corp. distribution center built on land Dublin-based MTB Corp. owned next to Duke's site.   4. I realize this is a tangent, but NCH chose that name when they incorporated to take advantage of the College Hill name. This was some time around WWI. North Avondale is the result of a guy named Mitchell (guess which road) opening up a road that led to new subdivisions. This was within the boundaries of the old village of Avondale--which Cincy had already annexed--and became popularly know as "North Avondale". I don't know much about EWH. Kenwood is known as a CDP (census designated place). According to the census bureau, CDPs have all of the characteristics of an incorporated city or village but lack a municipal government. These non-cities became necessary to study due to rapid suburbanization in the 1950s.

  6. OMS Photography moving to Northside Building Cincinnati, 8/29/07 OMS Photography will soon begin remodeling 1636 Chase Avenue in Northside. The 9,400-square-foot building at Chase and Turrill will include both photography studios and offices. They purchased the building for $339,000 in February. After moving to the new building, the business will retain a portion of its current home at 2135 Central Parkway. OMS Photography is a commercial photography house specializing in food photography, digital retouching, and on-site shots. No pricing details for the new home are available. Houses in the general area are valued in the $80,000-$100,000 range with very little sales activity. (On a tangiential note, I saw scaffolding on the neighboring house and it appeared that it was being painted.)   14. They know damn well 30-story buildings are not going to be built on the Banks. They're just mad because while they snoozed, someone stepped up to the plate to take on this development. The passage about the use of taxpayer money is laughable. How many of these developers never recieved a subsidy to build a project or to retain jobs? NONE.

    KFC was my worst and I only worked there for 3 weeks. I was in college and had plenty of cash at the time and I didn't really need the money. My second worst was Thriftway--after Winn-Dixie bought them out. Before then it wasn't so bad.
