Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine, Part I
Here is a series of photos I took on January 19, 2008. I was taking part in the Over-the-Rhine Design Charrette at the Art Academy of Cincinnati, and I took these before the event, during lunch, while inside, and afterward. I also included a few snapshots of the event itself, including a drawing I made. (They must have then assumed that I was an architecture student, because I got scolded like a child for not drawing a proper cross-section of our project.) University of Cincinnati Bearcats Basketball Discussion
They looked really good. Such an inconsistent team, but it's apparent that they have the kind of talent that will eventually challenge for a conference title. I really hope they can make the conference tournament - that would be huge for those guys.

Cincinnati Reds Discussion
Fogg's always been all about potential but no production. We don't need another Jimmy Haynes-type...throw him out there and hope he turns it around. Especially when, as you said, we could get similar results with someone who gets paid the MLB minimum. I don't think we necessarily need strikeout pitchers, we just need pitchers who throw strikes and keep the ball down. Fly ball pitchers are a no-no in that bandbox.

Okay, I'm a liar. Some of these photos are from late 2006. During 2007, I found myself taking more and more photos of construction projects to generate content for my blog, Building Cincinnati.
