First of all, I don't know you IshansShade, but I'm really sorry for your loss. That sort of thing should never happen, and I'm sure it has been really rough on you. ...Wow, kind of a weird transition trying to go from that to trying to ask about a test.... I don't have Excel on my computer, my parents have Excel 2000 on theirs though. Does anyone know if I studied on Excel 2000, would it be similar enough for me to pass the test on Excel 2003? I'm going in for the test on Tuesday and reading this thread, you're all making me really nervous about how hard this test is! haha. I really want this job, I've been a server for three years so obviously I've got the whole customer service thing down pat, but like I said I don't have Excel on my computer so I'm getting really anxious about how detailed this test might be. If it was on the computer no sweat, but paper and pencil? Eek! =0P For those of you who have already taken the test, do you think all those online excel tests I found on Google would help me prepare, or are they really different?
