Do we have a timeframe for which this rooftop garden project might get off the ground? Any other information or sites?

In regard to the new dormitories on Euclid... Has there been any discussion of a programming or green space on top of these dorms? It seems like it will have a fairly large footprint, and I can't imagine a cooler space for the students to have mixers, study or host events. Wouldn't this be the icing on the cake for such a project which is focused on increasing CSU's residential population and it's overall impact on the city? I just see this being a huge asset that probably not many schools in Ohio can offer. I would live on campus if I had a roof top programming space.
