Cleveland Browns Discussion
It makes him a predator if he was putting women into positions where they felt threatened or uncomfortable. Like I said, not assault by the standards of Texas law, but it certainly seems like some awful behavior.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
I think a lot of what @YABO713alluded to was outlined in an SI piece from last year. https://www.si.com/nfl/2021/05/21/new-information-proper-context-for-deshaun-watson-sexual-misconduct-lawsuits-daily-cover It may not meet the legal threshold for assault in Texas, but very objectionable behavior by any standard. Seems like he made a habit of propositioning therapists on Instagram. He went through 40+ massage therapists in a few years. Very odd and very gross.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
It's possible that Watson is a monster AND Mayfield is kind of dumb and a bad quarterback. They're not mutually exclusive. Mayfield has been a below average quarterback, even in his "good" years, by almost any commonly accepted metrics.

Cleveland Browns Discussion
That was his best year and he was 15th in rating and 30th in completion %. He’s 27 and he hasn’t improved over his rookie year. He’s bad.

Stunning lack of vision to tear those buildings down.

Cleveland: Downtown: The Centennial (925 Euclid Redevelopment)
$1,300 would be 30% of your pre-tax income if you gross $52k. $900 is closer to 30% of take home pay.

I think the last point is key. Getting awarded $40 mil in credits is much different than getting awarded $40 mil.

Cleveland: West Side Market News & Info
Jack Frost is definitely an independent. And definitely not the first vendor with a separate store to open a stand at the market. Noodle Cat, Michael’s Bakery, and Orale all come to mind.

Cleveland: Population Trends
CSA grew .10%. Second slowest growth in the top 30 outside of Pittsburgh CSA which lost a little population.

Are you currently reviewing their pro forma lol- Cleveland Relocation: need neighborhood, school recommendations
I will certainly defer to someone who grew up there but I’m surprised to hear you say no food spots. I guess no high end/hip restaurants but def a lot of interesting food shops, bars, etc. It also seems like the sidewalks are always busy during the summer and Veteran’s Park is great. I would def rather live in Ohio City or DS but I just don’t know what you’re getting in those places for $250 these days.- Cleveland Relocation: need neighborhood, school recommendations
I feel like that’s a tough price point in Cleveland right now with the market the way it is. It won’t get you much house in Tremont/Ohio City and possibly Detroit Shoreway at the moment. You can certainly get a nice place in Old Brooklyn but I think housing there is a riskier investment. I’ll throw in one wild card. I love Ukrainian Village in Parma. A lot of the same benefits as Old Brooklyn and (maybe) less of the risks/concerns.- Cleveland: Downtown: 75 Public Square Renovation
It is Tom Johnson. It’s always been on the square. Northwest quadrant before the renovation, now north central facing away from Ontario- Cleveland: Mayor Justin Bibb

Oh god this sounds way too accurate. Columbia Building part 2- Cleveland: Mayor Justin Bibb

Browns stink but I’m a genius- Cleveland Cavs Discussion
How is the NBA fickle? I think more than any other sport talent clearly dominates. I guess you could say player movement frequently changes the landscape, but the Cavs have all of their main pieces under team control for 3+ seasons. The Cavs are good, but they’re not their best version yet. Trying to find a vet PG would have ramifications on the roster and salary cap that could sabotage future growth. This isn’t football where you can just drop a bad contract. Also, Harden has won 13 playoff series and took the Rockets to 2 conference finals including pushing the 2018 Warriors (perhaps the greatest team in NBA history) to 7 games. - Cleveland: Random Development and News
