  1. I hate so so so so so so so much that the Haslams will have this much influence over so much public money and development. They are like the very worst aspects of American capitalism made incarnate.
  2. 100%. Insane take that we should limit bike and pedestrian amenities on Lorain. Cleveland is probably one of the most car friendly cities in the country.
  3. Lots of this stuff in Fairview I think. Off of Wagar, Brandywine, etc.
  4. Unfair comment. There’s also a Goodfellow and Co. fleece in that closet.
  5. Drove by the other day, it has a really nice presence on the corner.

  8. Yes but only after you eat there

  14. I think the golf simulator has officially received more UO attention than the SW R&D

That’s almost the entire NHL salary cap lol
  16. I’m sure a brewery will do great there. I think any closings have less to do with breweries than with the inherent risks of restaurant operation.
  17. I believe that’s Marie’s?
  18. I was pretty unimpressed with Chuy’s when I lived there but that was relatively (4 years) recently. However give me one of the taco chains please! It seems insane to me that breakfast tacos aren’t a thing everywhere. How about a Tacodeli in a strip mall somewhere?
  19. Der Braumeister
  20. Oh wow very curious to see what he does with the space. I’m assuming it would be a departure from his east side operations (mission aside).
  21. I saw Edgewater Cafe got sold on Wednesday. I tried to sleuth it out but I’m not as sleuth-y as I’d hoped. Bought by an LLC “EWC RECO LLC”. Registering agent was 1600 CNB CORP. 1375 E 9TH ST FL 29. Is this interesting? lol
  22. Personally, I would have gone with Eaton/Dix
