  10. It would be a shame to lose the trees at the park. It’s actually a small ravine and a (I believe) disused railway dividing the park and the development site. They better not disturb those gd basketball hoops tho!
  11. It will be interesting to see which developer absolutely takes the county to the cleaners for hundreds of millions of dollars and which county officials will be accused of graft/apologize for the justice center disaster in 15 years. (Cynicism/off)

  16. I definitely understand what you’re saying. I just think if you play out that thought experiment, “too many restaurants” would mean there are less good restaurants in Cleveland now than previously. I just don’t think that’s the case.
