Another Dumb-a$$ List / Ranking of Cities
I don't really know on which thread to post this but did anyone see the MSN homepage today? It had an article featuring the the fastest shrinking cities in America. I refused to read the article. The issue I have is that the picture shown for this series was an aerial shot of Cleveland taken from the south/southeast, looking north/northwest. Of course, that's not the issue. The picture had to be at least 18 or 19 years old because the Q, Progressive field, and Key Tower are not even in the picture. Why would MSN shown such an outdated picture?? There has to be an up-to-date picture in their archives.

Cleveland Cavs Discussion
What a game!! I'm so excited about this season. Byron Scott is a great coach and he can get the most from this talented roster. What irks me, though, are the comments from ESPN, etc. predicting that the Cavs will win 15-20 games this season. That's an insult to the coach and the players. Anyway, Cavs will have to prove them wrong. Go Cavs!!!!

Cleveland's Cultural Gardens
What a beautiful asset these gardens are to this great city! It is such a shame to see some items missing and some gardens neglected. But these gardens are still a great place to visit and a valuable jewel in Cleveland's crown!

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
Definitely no bragging here, which is clearly obvious in my post. I will be the first to admit the Browns are mediocre at best right now, and, as I stated earlier will probably be beat twice by the Bungles this season. I'm only discussing a topic that the Bengals have brought up themselves on the Bengals thread. But, for our porr Bengals fans, I will not discuss this topic any longer. Would not want to hurt their feelings.

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
Clarification: No Brown this season has trashed talked and hyped themselves up like B.O. and Ochostinko.

Cincinnati Bengals Discussion
Man, for all the smack talk by Batman and Robin (LOL!!!) Cincy looked pathetic!! What happened to the terrifying Cincy defense?? And New England's defense man-handled that 'scorching red-hot' Cincy offense! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Talk is cheap B.O. and Ochostinko! O, and I am not going to say anything about the Browns. They played stupidly and deserved to lose! No one expects them to win the division. And no Brown has trahsed talked like the idiots on the Bungles. The Bungles will probably beat the Browns twice this season. That's not the issue. The issue is this loss to the Patriots because it was a real test of the quality of your team. You couldn't play with the big boys, again!!!!

Cleveland: Development, Now & Then
Oooo-La-La That is a gorgeous building!

Cleveland: Development, Now & Then
As has been said already, I think we're at a tipping point with residential development Downtown. Success breeds success and as each of these projects is completed and is filled out with residents, more developers will then get on the train.

Cleveland: Bob Stark Warehouse District Project
I know Progressive opted out of a downtown site and built in the suburbs. They actually had a very interesting Tower designed for their headquarters. This is probably a ridiculous question, but could they possibly be lured back downtown?

Cleveland: Downtown Aquarium
True Grumpy. Actually, putting an aquarium at the current convention center site is an awesome idea! It has plenty of room for a world-class sized aquarium. We could probably house a blue whale there!

Cleveland: Downtown: Convention Center Atrium & Expansion
I know I'm stating the obvious, and please forgive me, but in my opinion, TC failed because its novelty wore off and there was no traffic through it expect during working hours. The CC will not solve the problems of TC. More residential construction in the area is what will bring TC back to life. The CC is another grand Cleveland idea that is being viewed, I believe, separately by the developers instead of being integrated into the fabric of Downtown. The TC site can work for the CC but more thought needs to be given to how it can bring that part of Downtown Cleveland more vibrancy. I'd hate to see the CC just rushed into existence because we need a new one, though we do need a new one!

Cleveland: Downtown: The Avenue District
Awesome pics MayDay and KJP. Thanks!!!!

Cleveland: Bob Stark Warehouse District Project
That is awesome news! Felt 'sorry' for him after the Flats East Ban Project took a large office tenant or two after Pesht was announced. Pesht is really a vital project that needs to get moving.

Cleveland: Downtown Aquarium
Haven't heard any news on the new Aquarium. Any updates? Personally, putting the Aquarium near the GLSC is a great idea. What about the Coast Guard Station site across E 9th? Originally I remember that the Coast Guard Station was moving and that the Crawford Auto museum was supposed to go there but that fell through.

Cleveland: Bob Stark Warehouse District Project
Just want to say that this is an incredible site, and a very informative thread! Definitely more positive and upbeat than other Cleveland sites (Cleveland.com!!). Regarding Pesht, any more news on this development?
