Hello! I stumbled upon this forum while checking my site stats. Nice to know you are here. I live in Gahanna and own a business in downtown Gahanna. I see my business is pictured in one of the above shots. BTW, thanks Columbusite. Your pictures are great. I didn't realize the stones at the back of the lagoon had a face on them. I've stood by those walls many times and hadn't noticed. The Creekside project has created mixed feelings. I think for the most part we are happy with it. I am happy it's here. For me, Mill Street (62) was just a street you buzzed through to get from the west side to the east side of Gahanna. Because of Creekside, the dynamics of the whole street is changing. Some of the businesses that were there at the beginning of the project are now gone. I'm happy to see that the city is open to an eclectic blend of unique retail shops and restaurants. The Olde Gahanna Community Partnership pulled together a pretty decent farmers' market this year. The logistics of having it at Creekside was challenging. The parking issues, the now heavy traffic flow on Mill Street, lack of vendor interest and the short time in which it was planned. Through determination and great team work the market has been deemed a success. This video was from our first market day. I look forward to being here at UrbanOhio.
