Petersburg, KY: Creation Museum: Development and News
First the Creation Museum in Petersburg, KY, then the Noah's Ark Park in Grant County, KY -- what's next in this parade of idiocy, rock climbing the Wall of Jericho in Campbell County, KY?

Columbus: Downtown Developments and News
Agreed. Those beautiful condos resemble townhouses in places like NYC, Dublin, Edinburgh, and London. A real class act!

Ukraine- Cherkassy
Agreed--that was killer post which should have been worded much more diplomatically, if seriously felt. Nevertheless, may I tell you how much I enjoyed your pictures and your story--truly a story that we hope leads to happiness for you both. For better or for worse, KJP, please keep us posted on how your relationship works out.

Sadly to say, we're in deep s**t if Smitherman runs for council/mayor - and he will run. As mentioned by others, he's nothing more than a self-serving professional troublemaker who will sucker-punch any progress this city tries to make. And, like some Freddy Krueger apparition, he just won't go away.- take a bullet train ride from tokyo to kyoto
A bullet-train from Cincy-CBus-Cleve.? Yeah! In about 2150 AD... Hey, a great picture-thread; now we all know what we want for Xmas!- Hollywood name drops Cincinnati
Just checked out Robert Bianco's review of "Harry's Law" in USA Today's 1/17/11 paper -- absolutely dreadful, despite the talents of Kathy Bates. Mercifully, maybe a cancellation will be forthcoming, sparing Cincinnati any more embarrassment from the phony Burbank studio backlot OTR set and ludicrous scripts.- Findlay: General Business & Economic News
Great news for Findlay and Ohio!- Cincinnati: West End: City West
Thanks, Nellworms. for the Chicago W. Evergreen Ave (and environs) links; they were eye-openers when combined with your commentary about your own neighborhood.- Cincinnati: West End: City West
Nellworms -- your comment about successful urban-areas adjoining other downtowns was an interesting one. If possible, would you share what you remember about these areas? This information might lend itself to a Google Earth look/see. Thanks.- Earthquake!!!
My wife and I, in Franklin, Oh. were drinking coffee right before 8AM when one jolt shook our living room. We immediately realized it was an earth tremor.- Cincinnati: Historic Photos
Yes, the density of the West End was simply amazing -- all of it gone, thanks to the construction of I-75 accompanied by the forced relocation of hundreds of residents. This mass destruction of both property and lives is a sad and brutal chapter in Cincinnati history. For shame! - Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
