Good God man, why would you consider this? With all the toothless vagrants, thugs, and panhandlers wandering the mean streets of Cleveland...what type of environment is that for a 5-year old child? These developments are all value traps: cheap construction and once the tax abatement runs dry, good luck selling your property. People are leaving this area in droves due to high taxes, rampant crime, and a moribund economy. Brain drain is a serious problem here.
