Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Yes, that is correct. Tacking would require that Realife would also have to prove that the Starks used this parcel adversely.

I would think it would be difficult for Reallife to prove exclusive use on this piece. And, in an adverse possession case, the plaintiff must prove, by clear an convincing evidence, all elements of such a claim.

Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
As of a few years ago, the old courthouse also had part of the Domestic Division in the basement. I would have to walk over there to obtain copies of old files.

Keep it on the lake with a retractable roof. Keep it close to the Flats, the Warehouse District, the Convention Center and the Waterfront Line!

Howabout a super tall with a cylindrical top akin to the US Bank Building in LA. It would make a nice contrast to the other buildings on Public Sqaure. And, If done properly it could have a slight resemblance to a bucket of paint.just a thought.

Just think about all the spinoff development that a super tall might create in the wharehouse district...... Very exciting!!!!

Cleveland: Rocket Arena (Gund Arena)
Not too important for the NBA allstar game considering the game takes place in February. But, for the MLB allstar game...........

Does "very large office building" = 50+ stories? Fingers crossed!!!

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Typically, in a project like this, when would the pre-leasing process begin? It would be nice to have a majority of the units leased before the building reaches max height. I think it would also bode well for NuCLEus.

Just a thought,...could concourse D be repurposed and utilized for Amazon's sole use?

Anybody seeing any new activity?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Sorry, I was being rhetorical. It is my understanding that lenders do not allow construction to begin until the mortgage and notice of commencement have been recorded. Unfortunately, I'm too busy to keep an eye on the land records in the recorder's office.

Wouldn't a newly recorded mortgage be the best indicator that construction is about to begin?
-
Cleveland: Rocket Arena (Gund Arena)
The Cavs bargaining power only increases as time goes on without a deal for a renovation. If this doesn't get done soon then the talk will turn to a new arena as the end of the lease with the city nears. A new arena would probably cost close to one billion Dollars in ten years. I hope the sides go back to the table. We can't risk losing the Cavs!

Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
In image 3 there is an area designated as "potential retail" along Euclid. Was this part of the original design?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Approaching critical mass?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
No, just Beacon and this project. What would the number be if all the projects on Euclid are included?
-
Cleveland: Downtown: The Lumen
Including the Beacon, that will be an additional 506 apartment units being added on Euclid. That's approximately 1000 additional people living between E 4th and E 17th.

2 new airports coming to Ohio?
Isn't the Ravenna Arsenal one of only a couple locations being considered for a new missle defense shield/base? If so, a new airport couldn't be built there.
-
2 new airports coming to Ohio?
North of Ravenna? Maybe Shalersville Township. The Portage County airport is located there on State Route 44. It would also be a quick access to I-76 and I-80. Plenty of acreage available.

If you build it they will come. This project will be in the middle of all the excitement downtown. A perfect spot for millennials and young professionals, as well as empty nesters. They will come.

Would the Playhouse Square tower have any effect on the NuCLEus project?

Cleveland: Downtown: The Beacon
Can anybody create an image of the skyline as seen from the Valley View bridge with Beacon in place? I think it will fill in the gap between 200 Public Square and the Fifth Third building nicely.
