  1. Cold games are normally the most memorable. And, what an advnatage we will have when Miami comes here at the end of the season for a night game.
  2. With a new enclosed facility the team could be worth billions more by the time the facility is built. I heard today that the value is currently over 5 billion.
  3. A couple street level pics taken from the Brew Dog this weeked.
  4. Wow!! This will recoup a chunk of the money ownership pledges to spend to get this built.
  5. Quick math 50k seats per $1,500 average PSL per seat = 75mil Another reason to seek a new facility.
  6. They are no longer required for new season ticket holders. But, they still exist for us who have had tickets prior to 2013. From the PSL Agreement: 4. PSL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS A. Recipient has the right and obligation to purchase season tickets for the Seats for all the Cleveland Browns home games (preseason, regular season and post-season) for as long as the Cleveland Browns play in the Stadium. So,my fear is that ownership reinstitutes PSL's and require all season ticker holders to purchse new licenses.
  7. So will existing psl's transfer over? Or, we will need to purchase new licenses?
  8. Very nice! Its going to become much much more expensive to go to a game or be a season ticket holder.
  9. If Haslem borrows money from the NFL to build this dome, Im sure a future Super Bowl will be at least part of the negotiations.
  10. Brook Park is a city. You cannot annex it. There would have to be a land swap between the cities.
  11. It will be interesting to see how the dome gets built while the airport is also in the middle of its renovation. I would guess that the new/enlarged interchanges will take several years to build. The logistics behind these simultaneous builds will be very complex.
  12. Season ticket holder for 25 years......not happy!!!!!
  13. I keep watching for numbers to be released for June. Im hoping we get close to 1 mil in total passengers for the month.
  14. Great news From Crain's: According to the organization, in June, downtown Cleveland's return to office rate hit 71.9%, up from 65.1% in May. https://www.crainscleveland.com/economy/downtown-clevelands-return-office-rate-hits-five-year-high-june?utm_source=don-t-miss&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20240715&utm_content=article1-headline
  15. Does anybody know what is going on across the street?
  16. It was between Carter and the bridge. I was anxious to get out of the area.
  17. I was leaving the East Bank of the Flats on Saturday night and decided to take Scranton up towards W 14th. There were many cars parked along Scranton on both sides of the road with hundreds of people who just seemed to be hanging out. Does anybody know what was going on? Is this a normal occurrence? BTW the East Bank was packed and very energetic. I counted at least 10 party busses dropping people off in the course of an hour. And, they do need to install a few more lights along the river. The boardwalk was very dark.
  18. Looks like trees are getting planted and concrete barriers are being removed along Euclid.
  19. It would be strategic for ownership If Burke closes. A runway would still be 5 minutes away
  20. This is the biggest issue right now: https://wallethub.com/edu/cc/average-credit-card-debt/25533 Debt is up 15% year to year with an average rate of 27.65% per Forbes
  21. When you ask for 1.25 billion, then settle on a comprmise of 600 million, the latter seems reasonable. I wonder if Brookpark is just a facade? Bibb seems pretty confident. Politics!
