Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
It was talked about way up in the thread...what work did SW already do on the lot to the west? Were some caisons already poured? Was is just prep/cleanup from old foundations? Obviously, if some caisons, or other foundationalwork was already performed, it may limit the size of phase II.

Cleveland: Downtown: Huntington Bank Field
Heard a great point on the radio. Progressive Field and RMFH have at least 120 dates a year with just basketball and baseball games. Yet, after 30 years, there has been very few amenities that have opened in close proximity. So, why would one expect a village to work in Brookpark with only 9-10 games a year and with many of those in cold weather?

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
Im not against the pitch clock...but, pitchers need a little more time between pitches for recovery. It is comparable to the rest you need between sets when lifting weights. Throwing a baseball at 90+mph puts a termendous amount of stress on your body. I think you will see an increase in injuries for pitchers. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with Bieber's injury. Although, I don't believe he had issues with injuries prior to last year.

Is it realistic to have the stadium at the post office site while being adjacent to a correctional facility? Can this be addressed? An game day aerial shot on national T.V. would not be a good look.

Kent / Kent State University: Development and News
I beleive over the next 15 years you will see steady growth on St Rt 43 heading south out of town, all the way to I-76. And, on St Rt 59, east of campus towards the Ravenna line. Kent State is also marketing many acreage parcels that it owns on Summit and St Rt 261. Very exciting for KSU and Kent....go Flashes!

Would the possibility of Burke closing have an effect on these decisions? Do they know something that we don't?

A Browns game is more than just a "game". It is an experience that is heightened by all of the amentites that exist downtown. Please don't move to Brook Park!!!

Cleveland: Downtown: Playhouse Square Development and News
The additional floors will change the feel of that area. With the Lumen, it will help extend the "big city" feel eastward. Once this project is fnished, I wonder if Playhouse will turn their attention to Chester Ave?
