The top of the building looks like an angled paintbrush.- Cleveland: Random Visualizations & Massings
I think it will be slightly visible to the west (to the right) of the JC.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
I've been on that bridge. It's a slow and tedious process for it to swing away when ships approach. But, it would be great to connect the peninsula with the Tower City development....and would probably benefit both of the projects!- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
Is it possible to build a swing bridge to allow easy pedestrian access to the Scranton Peninsula? I'm assuming it isn't with the climate and the ships.- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Nope, looks like 2 to 3 are being drilled at a time!- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I'm guessing 2 days to drill and pour each caisson.......so, about 2 moths of caisson work. Does that sound accurate?- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Any updates?- Cleveland: Downtown: Justice Center Complex Replacement
What would the existing property be worth on the open market...with and without the current structures?- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Makes sense. It can be incorporated with the forthcoming sports book. The potential for this whole project is exciting!- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Would it be cheaper for mat foundations for two 20-30ish story buildings or a caisson foundation for one taller building?- Cleveland: Downtown: Skyline 776 (City Club Apartments)
All of those windows on the west side of The City Club Building! I assume that you can currently see all the way to Public Square. That will be changing soon!- Portage County: Development and News
It's a shame. There are a couple of parking lots, where buildings once stood, behind and to the north of this building. However, there isn't much parking along Main Street/St. Rt. 59. There is a popular restaurant right next door to this building that will greatly benefit from the new parking lot.- Akron: Downtown: Development and News
The parcels I thought were involved are 67-01191, 67-01189 & 67-01192, which are all owned by the City of Akron and on the south side of Bowery.- Akron: Downtown: Development and News
Didn't Testa propose a building for that parking lot that extended towards the bank of the lock?- Cleveland: Downtown: 75 Public Square Renovation
What is the statue in the square? Moses Cleaveland?- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
Has any significant caisson work started yet?- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Perhaps towards the Gateway Parking deck?- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Another thought...... Could this land be used in connection with creating a "ball-park village" in the immediate vicinity of Progressive Field as MLB wants teams to pursue? Demolishing pat of the Gateway parking deck will not be enough land to create this atmosphere.- Cleveland: Downtown: Gateway Megaproject
Gilbert?- Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
I attended a construction law seminar last week. One of the presenters, from Columbus, stated that the overall costs for constructing a new commercial building is 75% higher than just two years ago. Maybe SW is doing the prep work now to save $ in the future? - Cleveland: Downtown: Sherwin-Williams Headquarters
